“Most beautiful staff you could ask for. Everyone was helpful, kind and genuinely wanted to make sure you were looked after during your stay. Big thank you to Steven, Riski and Ella - you guys are amazing. I couldn’t fault the service. Breakfast has a wide selection of food, loved the fresh juices and cooking stations. They had live music playing at night by the pool area and can hear it when your chilling in your room. Close to everything that you need and across the road is the beach. The only con was the water - it smelt funny when you showered but I think that’s normal in Bali. Didn’t really bother us. Great hotel!”

They did not just give us an upgrade but also checked on us if we were satisfied with the room. When they found out that we had an issue with the sink, they swiftly moved us into a better room.
