“I would typically give this place 5 stars. I have been coming to the Westin for years and I have always enjoyed the service they have provided. However in my last trip two weeks ago I felt the high quality service the Westin has provided in the past, lacked in two places. The vehicle valet staff and the ski and snowboard valet staff. I felt they lacked the hospitality standard that the Westin has always given me in the past. Other than that, the Westin is a 5 star establishment which I will continue to visit.”

“Excellent location in holiday village area. Close to cable cars. Clean, comfortable and classy. Excellent restaurant. Friendly and very helpful staff. Secure car parking (chargeable). We enjoyed our 3 night stay in a very well equipped duplex suite at the top of the hotel. Highly recommended.”
