“My family and I arrived on July 17 and left on July 24. The experience was OK . it was cheap. The only problem I had with this hotel is the front desk didn't want to give any towels.I had to go to the lobby several times to get towels and half of the time they wouldn't give us what I ask for not only that they ran out of toilet paper. How can u run out of toilet paper. The hotel should be stocked with supplies such as toilet paper and towels. It was so bad that my sister had to go Walmart to buy toilet paper and towels. I will never stay here again.I will spend extra few dollars and stay at a 5 star hotel. Also the customers who were staying at the hotel were more friendlier than the hotel staff. They are lacking in customer service. If they were to cut the grass, clean the parking lot. It could be a nice cheap place where travelers could go and be able to save money.”

“Are you allowed to give 0 stars?? When can We do that?? FILTHY rooms, woke up with bites all over our hands and arms from bedbugs, carpets looked like they hadn't been vaccuumed in weeks if not months, staff was untrained and rude, there was absolutely no breakfast and "hadn't been any in months" according to the front desk. Parking areas were covered in old trash that stunk like dumpsters, creepy people outside all the time asking about money and drugs, holding the door open hoping for money, and pacing around the hotel front entrance BAREFOOT and dirty.... It's like a hobos hang out spot..... Stay away... There is a reason it's only $49 a night... 😷”
