It is stunning inside and out. The 4 restaurants are top class, as are their rooftop bars. There's a well-equipped indoor/outdoor gym as well as a spa. Plenty of IG scenes await in the pool and beach areas too. My room was very stylish, spacious and a great ocean view from the balcony overlooking the W monument. It's the staff that made it extra special though. Really friendly, helpful and sincere with plenty of laughs along the way. I didn't leave the property for the first 3 days!

Walked in and walked back out Was staying for 9 nights 1. Was made to wait 15 minutes to check in Only got served after I said something 2. Where reception is the Sun beats down on the back of your head because if the glass roof 3. We arrived about 230 in the afternoon to be told I really wouldn’t be ready till 7/8 o’clock Put in a temporary room 4. No where to sit outside 5. Oh the music it was like being in a nightclub Unless you’re 18to 30 on an Ibiza style type holiday I would avoid this hotel at all costs looking forward to the massive refund Strongly recommend the Waldorf on the palm 10 stars Just so there’s no confusion my name is Darren Buckley

The Hotel was great, super big & clean. The staff on the restaurants and bars are very friendly & helpful. The Staff at the information & reception could more be kindly. The price at the hotel was definitely too high. 10€ for a bottle water are crazy. We need to pay for breakfast in our first day 90€ for 4 persons. On our last day we had no chance to have breakfast because our flight was in the night, so totally we loose over 150€ because of the staff.

Sobe is one of my all time favorite spots in Dubai. If you want to enjoy the best service and sunset, just go there :) I was fortunate to have a super host like Sarah who always does amazing job. I highly recommend this place! I always bring my friends who visit me here and this place never disappoints with great service, quality of food and drinks!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service from the staff was excellent the whole time. The room we had was plenty spacious for us and the bed comfy. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, especially the eggs Benedict. The wet deck area was perfect to chill out at and enjoy the sun. We found the restaurants there really good and the rooftop bar is worth a visit too. The hotel is a little further away along the palm and you'll be taking taxis to get into town, but they are cheap and everywhere in Dubai so not much of a downside.

The location is literally far from amenities so you need to pick up stuff before you go to the hotel or use the mini market inside, I love the pool it’s spacious with many sun beds and round beds, and those nice egg like cabanas, the hotel is huge and beautiful I love the atmosphere, the service is good, you don’t here outdoor noises such as cars or construction. The nightly price is high, the shop as well expensive compared to other hotels. They have valet parleying, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities are perfectly good. Definitely I recommend it. Oh last point they have pool access if you don’t want to stay in the hotel.

A pesar de ser muy grande, no da sensación de estar en un gran complejo hotelero gracias a la disposición de sus piscinas donde no se tiene sensación de estar en medio de mucha gente. 10/10 in all aspects. Congrats to the hotel manager and his team for crafting such a wonderful experience. The Wet Deck is among the best “beach clubs” I know. Fantastic views of the city and very nice Japanese restaurant on the top floor. 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a trendy and very “vibey” hotel in Dubai ❤️ not adding photos of the hotel room since to me, W hotels are always a very unique experience that each one should discover 😉

Fiquei lá em outubro de 2021 por ~ 1 semana. Ótimo e especial hotel, mostrando o estilo excepcional dos Marriott W Hotels. Funcionários simpáticos. Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia, quartos muito limpos e espaçosos. Área da piscina realmente grande, especialmente com as pequenas piscinas separadas. Infelizmente o hotel está a promover a zona da piscina para os hóspedes diurnos, pelo que especialmente ao fim-de-semana tem de “lutar” por um espaço na piscina. Este é um NO-GO (!!!) para um hotel tão caro e de alta classe e para nós a única razão pela qual não temos certeza se ficaríamos lá novamente. Além disso, as cabines na área da piscina precisam ser alugadas por meio de um gasto mínimo. Também um NO-GO, se ficar em tal hotel. Nós apenas esperamos que TODAS as boas cabanas + espreguiçadeiras estejam incluídas, você gastará dinheiro em bebidas de qualquer maneira! Ficamos no Ritz Carlton durante a nossa visita anterior onde tivemos uma experiência diferente e mais positiva em relação à área da piscina.Caso contrário, tudo foi realmente ótimo. O bar da cobertura é um local agradável, a área principal do café da manhã não podemos julgar, pois tomamos café da manhã na área Bonvoy Platinum, este foi excepcional! ! ! Muito gostoso!!! Nós amamos isto!

Service, service, service. Best service we have had in MANY years. The Game room staff is outstanding and so nice with all the kids. For us it was a pleasure to come down everyday and have fun with them. Thank you Stephanie and Mario. Our vacation was definitely better because of you. We will miss you. My girl is 13 months old and she loved every minute at the game room. Thanks!

Stayed there October 2021 for ~ 1week. Great and special hotel, showing the exceptional style of the Marriott W Hotels. Staff friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, rooms very clean and spacious. Pool area really great, especially with the small separate pools. Unfortunately the hotel is promoting the pool area to day-guests, so that especially at the weekend you have to "fight" for a space at the pool. This is a NO-GO (!!!) for such a high class and expensive hotel and for us the only reason that we are not sure if we would stay there again. In addition the cabins at the pool area need to be rented via a minimum-spent. Also a NO-GO, if you stay in such a hotel. We just expect that ALL good cabanas + sun chairs are included, you will spent money on drinks anyway! We stayed at the Ritz Carlton during our prior visit where we had a different and more positive experience regarding the pool area.Otherwise everything was really great. The rooftop bar is nice spot, , the main breakfast area we cannot judge as we had breakfast in the Bonvoy Platinum area, this one was exceptional!!! So delicious!!! We loved it!

Hotel con todas las comodidades en Red Palm. Decoración colorida y vanguardista, no apta para todos los gustos. Desayuno decente y atención al cliente d , un buen 5 estrellas. Ojo, nadie lo conoce como Marriott, no hay ningún distintivo de que pertenezca a la cadena, aunque así sea.

Welcome and checking in was easy. The Surprise birthday treat was a surprise. The room was clean. Just remember to reserve the big lounges at the pool ahead of time as you’re not informed of this until you try and use one. Lifeguards on duty we’re polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of foods available and most of the staff were polite and very friendly. Shout out to Naveen who was on duty at breakfast for making our stay memorable. Such a friendly staff member who made sure we were well cared of and worked with a smile on his face. Looking forward to taking my kids this time.

O hotel é enorme e oferece vários atrativos. Tem piscina e praia privativos com serviço de bar e toalhas. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis, modernos e conectados (controle tudo digitalmente e ótimo sinal de wi-fi). A decoração é futurista e bem pitoresca. O atendimento é ótimo, todos muito solícitos e prestativos e eles tem o melhor concierge do mundo, o Sr Michael Hinga que te deixa saber dos eventos e reserva os melhores lugares. Já passei por vários hotéis em Dubai e este é um dos melhores. Vale a visita. O SPA e vários restaurantes estavam fechados durante a estadia mas o café da manhã tem opções árabes, indianas, chinesas e pães, não é top ou do gosto dos brasileiros mas é variado.

Tive um momento fantástico para as celebrações da véspera de Ano Novo (que aconteceu alguns dias depois do nosso aniversário!). Os funcionários do hotel, Jasmine e Lionel (espero que eu tenha acertado os nomes) garantiram que tivéssemos a melhor experiência: apesar de eu não conseguir minha noite na suíte Marriott (upgrade para uma suíte ... mas eles estavam lotados), nem um check-out tardio, o staff acrescentou pequenos detalhes que nos deixaram super felizes! Quando entramos na sala, havia chocolates e balões esperando por nós; eles também nos deram um bolo em camadas de chocolate incrível com o desejo de um grande aniversário; eles nos ajudaram a reservar um assento no SoBe para assistir ao pôr do sol e, de volta ao quarto, devido ao meu status Marriott, recebemos vinho branco e morangos com cobertura de chocolate. O quarto tem uma varanda e uma excelente vista de Atlantis e do horizonte de Dubai, de modo que pudemos desfrutar literalmente de todos os fogos de artifício acontecendo nas principais áreas de Dubai do conforto da nossa varanda.

Had a fantastic time for the New Year Eve’s celebrations (which happened to be a few days after our anniversary!). The hotel staff, Jasmine and Lionel (hope I got the names right) made sure we had the best experience: despite I couldn’t get my Marriott suite night (upgrade to a Suite ... but they were fully booked), nor a late checkout, the staff added little details that made us super happy! When we entered the room, there were chocolates and balloons waiting for us; they also gave us an amazing chocolate layered cake with the wish of having a great anniversary; they helped us book a seat at SoBe to watch the sunset and, back in the room, given my Marriott status, we got white wine and chocolate-dipped strawberries. The room has a balcony and great view of Atlantis and Dubai skyline so we were able to enjoy literally all the fireworks happening in the key areas of Dubai from the comfort of our balcony.

Definitivamente não voltarei e não recomendaria este hotel a ninguém.Fiquei aqui por 2 dias e posso dizer com segurança que minha experiência foi extremamente nada assombrosa. Do serviço atroz e lento, da equipe desorganizada, confusa e rude, aos quartos, nada no hotel correspondia à suposta designação de "5 estrelas".No check-in, fomos “recebidos” por uma recepcionista rude.Liguei para um dos restaurantes para nos reservar uma mesa para o jantar e fui informado de que eles não poderiam "garantir" uma mesa do lado de fora, embora dissessem explicitamente que havia lugares do lado de fora.Eu também não fiquei particularmente impressionado com as medidas em vigor para combater a pandemia - as filas no buffet de café da manhã definitivamente não eram seguras nem organizadas. Sem falar que estávamos sentados em uma mesa que já estava ocupada por outro grupo.

No momento, estamos hospedados aqui e é uma das piores experiências de hotel que já tivemos. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, o serviço é atroz (e não vale o custo). Existem hotéis muito melhores em Dubai, que oferecem uma melhor relação custo-benefício.Chegamos no horário de check-in e nos disseram que nosso quarto não estava pronto. Em seguida, esperamos por mais de uma hora antes que eles pudessem nos colocar em um quarto. Eles só nos conseguiram entrar depois que eu subi novamente para a mesa (em vez de ligar proativamente como eles disseram que fariam).Não havia disponibilidade em nenhum dos restaurantes, então temos comido serviço de quarto o tempo todo.Ligamos na noite anterior para reservar uma Cabana e fomos informados de que eles têm um dos pods disponíveis, apenas para chegar de manhã e avisados que não estava disponível.Também tínhamos que pagar a mais por petiscos especiais para nosso cachorro e nunca os recebíamos.Há confusão geral e falta de responsabilidade neste hotel. Eu entendo que é uma época agitada e o ano tem sido difícil, mas os lugares onde ficamos desde a pandemia se esforçaram para tornar a experiência melhor, enquanto no W, eles parecem estar se saindo muito pior na prestação do serviço de um hotel 5 estrelas. Definitivamente não vou ficar aqui novamente e definitivamente deixarei os outros saberem que não vale a pena.

Definitely won’t be back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Stayed here for 2 days and I can safely say my experience was extremely underwhelming. From the atrocious and slow service, disorganized, confused and rude staff, to the rooms, nothing in the hotel lived up to it’s supposed “5 star” designation.At check in we were “welcomed” by a rude receptionist.I called one of the restaurants to book us a table for dinner and was told they couldn’t “guarantee” a table outside even though they explicitly said outside seating was available.I was also not particularly impressed with the measures in place to counter the pandemic - the lines at the breakfast buffet were definitely not safe nor organized. Not to mention we were seated at a table that turned out to already be occupied by another group.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. I have stayed in a few W around the world but this one is a bit disappointing. It was suppose to be a new hotel but a lot of furniture in the room are very worn out and in poor quality. A lot of stains and dusts in the room too which made me feel kind of disgusted. The staff are nice but you can see them get tired out from the number of staff that they have to handle. And during the pandemic, I don’t see that they have made extra effort to ensure a safe environment for the guest. All the places are super crowded and not cleaned well right after. And the crazy pool parties and brunches are very terrifying as well as you can see 40-50 people squeezing in one of the small pool getting real drunk. As a hotel guest, it is very uncomfortable to see there is zero social distance allowed in this hotel. The beach is nice, guess that’s the major pro.

We are currently staying here and it is one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. For a 5 star hotel the service is atrocious (and not worth the cost). There are much better hotels in Dubai that are better value for your money. We arrived at check in time and we're told our room wasn't ready. We then waited for over an hour before they could get us in a room. They only got us in after I went up again to the desk (instead of proactively calling like they said they would). There was no availability at any of the restaurants so we've been eating room service the whole time. We called the night before to book a Cabana and we're told they have a one of the pods available, only to arrive in the morning and told it wasn't available. We also had to pay extra for special treats for our dog and never received them. There is general confusion and lack of accountability at this hotel. I appreciate it's a busy time and the year has been difficult but the places we've stayed since the pandemic have gone out of their way to make the experience better, whereas at the W,they seem to be doing far worse at delivering the service of a 5 star hotel. Definitely will not stay here again and definitely will let others know it's not worth it.

The rooms are very spacious... and it’s delight for young couples... we Wer pampered by the chefs with special Indian breakfast and dinner... the staff is very polite and patient... The open area is good and beautiful... The bar at the top floor is really buzzing and a must place to go....

The W Hotel Dubai is a stunning venue with amazing views and a beautiful pool area for guests to enjoy. Although it is necessary to pay for use of the pool in the day time (if you are not a resident of the hotel) the cost is entirely redeemable on food & drinks. The food menu is quite large with hot and cold options available. I had the tuna poke bowl and it was delicious. The bar staff were also able to make me long island iced tea's (also delicious!). Overall, the staff are friendly but we experienced a few delays before recieving food & drinks we had ordered. I would definitely recommend this place and will most likely return again in future.
