“Absolutely loved it. Great location. New, fresh, immaculate. Close to downtown Buffalo, the airport and Niagara Falls. Highly recommend this hotel. Only complaint. TV remote has no working guide or info on channels and programming. Not a biggie but annoying. Staff is great at all service tiers STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!”

“This place is false advertising they got pictures of a hot tub they called her pool area a spa. but yet when you go there there’s no hot tub.. foods wayyy over priced . mediocre at best.. definitely better places around. Go to the Curtis if you want a real boutique hotel experience. Food, drinks , outdoor Grotto hot tub .. night and day”
