“Clean, comfortable room with spotless bathroom, small fridge and a nice balcony. The staff are welcoming and very helpful, especially Joshua who resolved an issue efficiently and courteously. He is a perfect example of excellent customer service. I can't praise him highly enough. He even helped my wife by translating a menu and recommending somewhere to eat.
Oscar was great too, welcoming, friendly and efficient.
Great location! Restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, food shops, fresh fruit and a lovely patisserie are a few doors away and all used by the locals - which is a good sign. We ate at several places and both the food and service were always impeccable. Everyone was so friendly.
The hotel is just two stops from Gare du Nord but also within walking distance (20 minutes).There are 2 stations within 3 minutes walk of the hotel and served by several Metro lines.
I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, lovely clean hotel with nice rooms. Free drinks and cakes in reception. Our room was on the 5th floor with a balcony overlooking the street. We ate out there in the evening.
Our initial room on the first floor was basic but functional, clean and overlooked the internal courtyard. No external window to the street.”

“No complaints at all. The staff was all friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The rooms are completely adequately sized for being in the center of one of the densest cities in the world. We had no problems with cleanliness at all, and our bed was very comfortable. The real draw of this hotel is the location though. In addition to having plenty of things worth doing in the immediate vicinity, the hotel is a short walk from multiple metro stops, including the major hub Republique. There were very few places in the city that we weren't able to get to in less than 30 minutes.”
