“Biohazard waste was left in the hall by the elevator on 6th floor. Reading other reviews about dirty bloody sheets and bedding I now see why. They are located next to the plastic surgeon. The guests are having their massages in the rooms bleeding on the beds. This is a quick way to get reported to BBB and board of health. The ac smelled . Never again...save your money. Hallway smelled like weed and people smoking at the pool. Not kid friendly.”

“Shout out to the woman named Kelly who was working the front desk today. We got stranded in Miami due to canceled flights. After not being able to extend our air bnb and other individuals dealing with the same situation at the same hotel, Kelly made our day. She was kind and quick with getting us a room to stash our luggage in while the other three rooms were prepared for us. Thank you Kelly for making our incredibly stressful day easier, it was truly appreciated. Kelly gets 5 stars
But guys, your pillows are rough. Woke up with an insane kinked neck and headache. Those get 2 stars, look for something not so stiff!”
