Funcionários dedicados e educados, quarto bem confortável, único problema é o café da manhã com qualidade mais baixa porém boa para o padrão americano

Hotel muito bom. Bom serviço e ótimos funcionários. Café da manhã excelente. Fiquei hospedado com minha esposa por 10 dias. Localização ótima.

Passei dias maravilhosos neste Hotel. Já fiquei no Hilton tb e posso afirmar que o Hotel Broadway Times Square é muito melhor, devido à localização e também porque possui café da manhã! No Hilton não está incluso o café da manhã e é uma fortuna. Os funcionários foram muito gentis conosco. Quem quiser mais informações pode me perguntar no meu insta @meumundo_myworld. 😉

Eu e minha esposa ficamos muito satisfeitos com este hotel. Check in muito bom. Apesar de ter sido mais caro, o custo/benefício foi compensatório, devido às localização, limpeza, café disponível 24 horas, frigobar, microndas e por ser calmo e tranquilo. Voltaria e recomendo.

Excelente,a 1/2 quarteirão da Times Square. Quarto limpo, camas confortáveis, banheiro limpo e staff receptivo e agradável. Tem o diferencial de fornecer café da manhã completo incluído na diária, raridade em NY. Recomendo bastante.

É um hotel pequeno, talvez uns 70 e poucos quartos, extremamente bem localizado, na rua 46 entre a 6° e 7° avenida. O diferencial é ter café da manhã, o que quase nenhum hotel tem em NY. Pequeno problema na chegada...não achavam minha reserva (nas avaliações tem queixas a respeito)...mas acho que é só desorganização... Depois deste contratempo inicial, foi ótimo. Staff solícito e simpático com múltiplos sotaques. Como decidi pagar em dinheiro (cash) exigiram o pagamento antecipado das 10 diárias no check in...concordei com a condição de ver o quarto primeiro...me levaram ao 802...foi perfeito... Estranhei algumas avaliações do hotel que se queixaram do tamanho do quarto...então observem bem a planta do andar... O quarto 802 é de bom tamanho: cama grande e confortável, frigobar, micro-ondas, ar condicionado, cafeteira, TV, cofre, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, relógio de cabeceira já com entrada USB para carregar celulares, 2 cômodas, pequena escrivanhia e uma poltrona. Roupa de cama muito limpa e trocada quase diariamente...Serviço de limpeza muito bom. O café da manhã é em um refeitório simples: suco de laranja e maçã, água quente, café, leite frio e quente, sucrilhos, granola, iogurte, manteiga, cream cheese, pão de forma integral e branco, bagel, bolo inglês, waflles, ovos cozidos, geleias de morango e uva, frutas e donuts doces... Banheiro espaçoso com banheira e chuveiro sem box de vidro, porém a cortina é fixada em um arco e tem pequenos ímãs que grudam na banheira evitando que a cortina grude na gente. Secador, shampoo, sabonete, lenço de papel, toalhas bem limpas. Não tem duchinha higiênica. No térreo fica a recepção, duas salas, computadores, uma pequena academia, banheiro coletivo e o refeitório. Wifi na recepção e no quarto...eventualmente falhava, mas corrigiam.

A localização é excelente, 5 min andando até a Time Square. O preço é salgado, café da manhã fraco e atendimento padrão EUA. Os quartos são bem limpos e arrumados. Pra quem deseja boa localização na ilha, é uma das opções mais viáveis.

I have never written a review for a hotel in my entire life, but felt compelled to say something because of the horrible experiences I had here. A few months ago, I had booked a week stay for my boyfriend and I. When I arrived at the front desk I patiently waited my turn to be assisted, but was rudely told by the front desk worker to ‘wait’ even though I hadn’t spoken a word. When he was finally available, he then proceeded to completely ignore my presence and instead only made eye contact and spoke to my boyfriend even though the booking was in my name and I was paying. I handed the receptionist my card and he printed the paperwork to sign, but instead of handing it to me, he only handed it to my boyfriend, who couldn’t sign because it wasn’t his card that was processed. The whole experience was deeply upsetting to me. As a woman and the breadwinner in my relationship it was hurtful to think that no matter how much I give to a hotel I earn little respect for not being the man in my relationship. If this was an isolated event I may not have written this review, but things got worse. At about midnight that night I heard the door knob being turned and someone attempting to get in my room. Terrified someone was trying to break in, this went on for a 10 minutes before the door finally opened and a hotel staff member and two guests peered into our room. When the strangers at the door saw us, they quickly apologized and left. My boyfriend hurried downstairs to the reception to find out what was going on and was told that we were not checked in earlier (by the rude receptionist) and that our room was listed as vacant. That’s why they gave our room to someone else in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. I have been to so many hotels in my lifetime, but this was by far the worst. If you want to be treated with respect and not have strangers come into your room in the dead of night, you might want to book elsewhere.

Hey, this hotel is pretty much all you need if you're visiting new york for the city!! It's central go Broadway (which was most important to us) and times Square. There's subway access at almost every corner, so that was very convenient too. This was our very first stay in NYC so we were surprised at how small every room was! But I suppose that is normal, you cannot open the shower door if someone's on the toilet! But it wasn't a big deal. House keeping was great, luggage check service was even better. For the price of what you're paying IN NYC, and what you get, this hotel is awesome!! The beds were surprisingly comfortable, the sheets were high quality for sure (I have very expensive sheets at home and this was just as comfortable). We stayed at a more higher end ($300/night) in L.A. and the beds were not nearly as nice. If youre price concious, want a good bang for your buck, I'd say this is the hotel for you. We didn't wake up early enough for the breakfast, But it is provided, which is nice. Across the road from the hotel are some delicious dining options too, and just around the corner is Adel's famous Halal, one of the BEST restaurant NYC has to offer!!!! Honestly, it's a nice room, bed, bathroom and has drawer storage, you don't really need anything else unless you're staying in your hotel most of your trip, but then why come to NYC??

Perfect location if you want to be around times square. The people working were nice. The rooms were clean and somewhat small. If you aren't looking to spend a whole lot of time in the hotel, then this is perfect. If you like spending a little more time in the room, it would be nice if the rooms were slightly bigger.

The location is close to everything. The staff is very nice and extremely accommodating. Our smoke alarm started beeping at 11:00 at night and it was fixed immediately. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back the next time we visit.

My stay here was amazing when I first arrived someone met me outside to get my bags. I was really early but they had storage for me to leave my bags and go enjoy the day. Ivonne who checked me in was AMAZING. she upgraded my room and allowed me to come back and check in early. And my check out with Prinkle was awesome and smooth as well. The hotel was literally 1 min away from time square . Rooms a little small but very clean. I would definitely recommend if you’re not a difficult person looking for many amenities.

it's interesting how people publicize one thing… and when you look at it, it's something totally different.starting with the rate, pay a room at 99 dollars a day, I spent two days and paid more than 500 dollars, that is, I paid more taxes than the hotel, not to mention that I didn't have breakfast.the attendant was very involved, it took a long time to check in.rooms without towels….Dirty carpet… clogged bathroom sink.anyway….a disaster.I didn't like it, presentation marketing on the website is just for presentation and gaining customers.

The hotel has a great location close enough to Times Square to get there but far away enough to get a quiet sleep. My experience was great because of the front desk employee Prinkle I think is her name. She was so accommodating, professional, kind, and treated us like family. I definitely would return.

Estuve las 2 veces que estuve en Nueva York (enero de 2018 y enero de 2020), cuando fui la primera vez se llamaba Broadway at Times Square, cuando reservé para volver Casa Tua y cuando llegué en enero de 2020 46 Times Square. Pese al cambio de nombre, las sensaciones las mismas: hotel limpio, cómodo, al lado de todo ya que tiene muchas paradas de metro muy cerca, silencioso, y lo más importante: el personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad que pudiese tener. Estuve 2 veces, pero siempre que vaya a NYC mi cuartel general estará en este hotel.

Ótima localização, o Hotel fica há 100m da Times Square. Boas acomodações, ótimo café da manhã, ótima recepção, os funcionários são muito agradáveis, preço bom pelo que oferece. 3 estrelas com cara de 4.

Estuvimos en 2014 en este hotel y lo elegimos gracias a las buenas críticas. Limpio, cómodo, magníficamente ubicado junto a Times Square y además, incluyen el desayuno que es perfecto para salir a caminar por la Gran Manzana. Pero lo que más destacaría es su personal. Fueron muy amables e incluso en el último día cuando esperábamos por nuestro transporte, tuvimos un problema con la empresa de transporte y uno de los recepcionistas que hablaba español nos ayudó con la gestión para que nos recogieran puntualmente. No tengo más que buenos recuerdos y agradecimiento a este maravilloso establecimiento. Lo he recomendado a varios amigos que se han hospedado en él y han salido muy contentos.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, a media cuadra de Times Square, habitaciones de tamaño estándar para Nueva York, un tanto antiguas, pero suficiente para el tiempo que uno pasa en ellos. Incluye desayuno, para mí más que suficiente aunque algunos podrían considerarlo muy básico.

El hotel en sí, está muy bien. Au ubicación es excelente, a media cuadra de Times Square. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Sin embargo, el desayuno continental incluido es realmente básico: café, cereal, leche, jugos, yogures, manzanas, plátanos, pan y huevos cocidos. El año pasado estuve en otro hotel, con el mismo concepto de desayuno continental incluido y además de todo lo anterior, había huevos revueltos, jamón, salchicha, quesos y gran variedad de frutas y pan, además de galletas y café todo el día.

En noviembre de 2017 tuve que viajar de urgencia a ny porque mi papá en medio de sus vacaciones debió ser internado de urgencia. Me hospede en su habitación ya que él estaba en el hospital, la gente de la recepción fue tan amable y cálida conmigo y mi familia que jamás lo olvidaré. Volveremos algún día! La ubicación del hotel es excelente!

Muy buena ubicación en pleno Times Square y muy cerca del Rockefeller Center. El desayuno es de Donuts y bollería, pero de muy buena calidad. Los empleados son muy amables y te ayudan con todo. El precio es acorde a la ubicación.

Estuvimos parando en este hotel -Broadway At Times Square - durante el pasado mes de noviembre. Desde el primer momento y hasta nuestra partida, fuimos muy bien asistidos en todo lo que fuimos necesitando: información útil y datos . Todos los sectores, tanto las habitaciones como los espacios comunes, en perfecto estado de limpieza. El desayuno, sencillo pero satisfactorio. Se escuchaban diversos idiomas entre los demás pasajeros , todos ellos muy correctos. Todo el personal de excelente trato!!! Aunque toda lagente de recepción siempretuvieron un trato amable, la excelente disposición de Jiovanni merece ser destacada. Por supuesto, es un hotel altamente recomendable dentro de su categoria ... Gracias! Esperamos tener la oportunidad de una nueva estadía cuando pasemos por NYC. Excelente relación calidad-precio, excelentemente ubicado a 100 metros reales de Times Square, y con las varias estaciones se metro a menos de 10 minutos (líneas B D F M N Q R W 1 2 3 7). Las habitaciones acogedoras y muy limpias, el desayuno con bastante variedad y el personal superamable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar y resolver todos los inconvenientes.Cuando vuelva a Nueva York volveré a este hotel si o si.Salvador Cué Llaca
