Comfortable roomy apartment unit in the heart of Buenos Aires. Minutes from ATMs, supermarket, kiosks, cafe, McDonalds and Starbucks

The hotel is in a nice area with many facilities and attractions nearby. While the location was nice, the amenities weren't as much. My biggest problem was how old and smelly the towels and bed sheets were, they smelled old and used, almost as if they didn't wash them between uses. What also was a little problematic was how the cleaning service would arrive at random times, sometimes during the day, sometimes during the night, this was a problem because it always happened while we were in the room. I think Callao Suites need to focus a little more in improving these little things...

Good location but needs maintenance and better and upgrade service

Front desk is very helpful and friendly upon check in. the rooms are clean and pleasant to be in, especially a long day of travel perhaps. The shower lacks hot water sometimes, however, so be careful when taking a shower to make sure it works for you. WiFi can be spotty sometimes but there's always someone at the front desk available to help if necessary. The placement of the hotel is perfect, very central to many beautiful places around Buenos Aires, like Plaza Francia or El Ateneo (a gorgeous theatre-turned-bookstore that is part Barnes and Noble, part Cafe. Only thing I really suggest is to remember to bring the card you booked the rooms with because if you don't have it present you need to do a whole email verification process and it's quite the nuisance. Although the issue is not with the staff, just to clarify, because they were nice about the whole situation. I'd absolutely stay here again.
