This is a SCAM. Do NOT book here. Self check in does not work. We were stranded outside on the street for half an hour in the middle of the night, racking up long distance charges while on the phone with customer service, which was very slow to help and did not apologize. They don’t care about their customers and are fine with leaving them outside on the street.

Location, clean, well equipped. Excellent location to visit Barcelona. Very close (2 minute walk) to the Sant Pau metro station which makes it easy to go to various locations while avoiding the general business of the touristic part of the town. Local shops nearby include groceries, cafes and restaurants. The apartment (we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) was recently renovated and nicely decorated (bright colours which bring a nice touch). The pictures from the owner reflect the condition of the apartment. The amenities were very nice, Occitane shampoo and shower gel as well as strawberry scented oils in the bathrooms. The kitchen were well equipped for a rental apartment. A small cleaning kit (garbage bag, sponge, soap, dish clothe) was provided in a sealed bag under the sink. Everything was VERY CLEAN which is always appreciated. A small instruction booklet (English and Spanish) is provided on how to operate the microwave, dishwasher and washing machine: Nice touch. There is a self checkin machine which worked but could be slightly improved. I needed to call them upon checkin and was able to get remote support right away (at 22:00). Parking is available underneath the apartment for 20€ a night (you can then take the elevator straight up to the apartment (very convenient for loading/unloading)). We had one problem with one of the showers, the temperature was set to scolding hot and the knob would not turn to adjust the temperature, rendering that shower unusable. The cleaning person had a look but could not fix it; they needed to call a technician (plumber?). This could not be done during our stay (we notified them with 36 hours left); understandable but it would have been nice to be able to use the 2 showers (there was 4 of us). Would overall recommend this apartment if visiting Barcelona.

Overall very nice accommodations. There is a disconnect on how instructions to gain entry to the building as well as obtaining keys for the unit. The units are decorated with bright colors that give it modern vibe. Full bathroom bathroom was very slippery and my sister fell while taking a shower. The half bath was really small and the shower ridiculously small. Good location with easy access to public transportation. The hot water heater sounded as if it was running all the time, quite noisy. Calls for assistance were immediately answered.

Great location but the staff were quite rude me and my friends loved the room but the vacillates a were laking. Not sure I would recommend.

Within public transport network, spacious rooms, clean, with tailored self-service amenities. Crucially important during our stay was excellent personal service from staff, in particular from management (Alba). Very pleased value for money all round.

Lovely little 2 bed and 2 bath room apartment. Kitchen had everything we wanted and needed. Local shops and restaurants nearby and all only a 1 minute walk from the Sant Pau Hospital Metro Station...
