Agradável.Pode melhorar o Wi-Fi, pode ter uma sala com computadores para os hóspedes poderem resolver assuntos urgentes, os recepcionistas precisam falar outra língua além do italiano.

Nos Hospedamos nesse hotel em fevereiro de 2017, bom hotel, quartos antigos, porem limpos e confortáveis, a localização também muito boa, excelente na minha opiniao, proximo a 3 km do centro de roma, vaticano, piazza venezzia e Coliseu.Outro ponto interessante é que possui restaurante no térreo e servem a famosa pizza italiana assada ali mesmo em forno a lenha.O ponto ruim é o atendimento dos funcionários, da recepção do restaurante e do café da manhã. Mal educados, estúpidos. Assim como muitos romanos.Recomendo, porem, com essas ressalvas, nao sei se ficarei neste mesmo hotel caso volte a roma. acredito haver outras opções.

Péssimo atendimento principalmente da recepção e funcionários docafé da manhã,grosseiros e sem educação, não fazem a reposição dos alimentos e nem limpam as mesas, deveriam ser mais gentis equalificados. Não recomendo e não volto, péssimo custo benefício, principalmente em se tratando de um quatro estrelas. Tem que melhorar muito a qualidade de atendimento e administração.

Infelizmente nossa experiência foi péssima , estivemos em junho de 2018 . Fomos extorquidos , cobraram taxas indevidas de permanecia na cidade . Quando questionamos fomos hostilizados pela gerência . O valor correto seria em torno de 9 euros , nos cobraram 23 . Sem contar que a estrutura deixa a desejar , objetos velhos , gastos . Portas descasas .... etc .

Ubicación extraordinaria. A 20 minutos a pie de los Museos Vaticanos y de la Plaza Navona. Tiene una parada de autobús que te lleva al centro. Las habitaciones cómodas. El desayuno variado. Comida buffet a mediodía de 10 € en 2019, que incluye agua. Un lujo

Hotel en excelente ubicación. Personal amable y servicial. Espacios comunes agradables, destaco el bar por atención y calidad. Restaurante con carta poco voluminosa, pero justa. Habitaciones con excelente ropa de cama y calefacción. Baños renovados con pequeñas cabinas/habitáculos para ducha. La atmósfera general es elegante, sobria y de perfil adulto. Limpieza excelente! Hotel muy viejo, las habitaciones sucias aún después de que se realiza el supuesto servicio de limpieza. Una misma basura de cuando llegamos estuvo ahí durante toda nuestra estadía a pesar de hacer la observación. No cuentan con planchas para el cuarto, y te hacen ir a un cuarto donde tienen una sola para todo el hotel. Además tienen costo las llamadas que realizas dentro del hotel y te lo dicen hasta que haces el check-out. Los elevadores se quedan con las puertas abiertas o abre una sola de lo viejos y descuidados que están. El desayuno que incluyen es malísimo y súper austero. No sirve el aire acondicionado, ni se pueden realizar llamadas de un cuarto a otro, porque a pesar de que hay teléfonos, no enlaza las llamadas. A pesar de que tiene una muy buena ubicación, el precio, calidad de servicio y condiciones en que se encuentra el hotel, hace que no valga la pena hospedarse en él.

Las habitaciones un poco anticuadas.La ubicación buena. Y el trato del personal al 50%, la mitad encantadores y la otra mitad ..... tuvimos que suplicar unas mantas porque en la habitación hacía frío. Creo sinceramente que el personal de recepción podría ser más cordial.

Lo mejor: Ubicación. El resto muy malo: Viejo, descuidado, no hacen un buen aseo de la habitación. Alfombras muy sucias. Goteras, el WC se atora y se queda escapando el agua, tienes que regresarle manualmente la palanca. Por cierto, descarga demasiada agua normalmente. Decoración deprimente. Y lo peor, mucho peor: el restaurante buffet muy pobre, mal servicio y mala actitud de los meseros, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Mala comida y costosa. No lo recomiendo y no regresaré. No lo aceptes a tu operador de viajes

Hotel correcto en sus instalaciones y muy bien ubicado para hacer turismo. 1 hora desde aeropuerto con un bus y un metro, cinco minutos andando y 3 euros ida y vuelta. Desde el hotel estas a máximo 40 minutos de coliseo,10 del Vaticano, 15 plaza España.... Buffet correcto y restaurante también. Acogedor y limpio. Único inconveniente la cama blanda.

Un hotel muy bien ubicado pero con instalaciones un poco antiguas, sobretodo en los baños. Aunque se nota que han ido remodelando algunas habitaciones y áreas, aún les falta. Si coincides con grupos grandes el registro es un poco incómodo y el desayuno cuando se acaba, pues toca ir a otro lado. Si bajas tarde o después de un grupo, buena suerte! Pueden ser más atentos en ese sentido. Por lo demás, buena atención y servicio amable

We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia. The hotel was a great location to stay in, close to the Vatican, with several buses outside to go to several of Rome's well-known sites. The hotel staff, from front of house to the staff looking after the rooms, were all friendly and fabulous. They were never without a smile and were always willing to help. It was just lovely dealing with them, nothing was too much trouble, this made staying at the hotel. My room was a bit dated, but functional with TV and Fridge, and the bed was comfortable. Some of the rooms have been updated, as my friends were in one, and I'm sure this will happen to more in time. My stay included breakfast, and on the first day, the hot breakfast was cold, as the burners were not on under the food. The second day the burners were on under the eggs, which was a great improvement. There is a wide selection of other breakfast foods to choose from. I would stay here again.

I booked the dinner for 70 people (it was a wedding dinner). The food was amazing (I ate there the best Carbonara ever), all of my guests were happy and we spent a lot of nice time together. But the most important thing were the people, who prepared the room and were serving the food. They were very helpful and kind for all of us. I can kindly recommend this place for bigger organized meals. It was perfect.

Do not stay at this hotel.I recently stayed here and it was definitely not worth my money.The rooms are incredibly small, the breakfast is poor, and the maids steal things.I had had my suitcase zipped up and left nothing out, and yet, my suitcase had been gone through and I had a few items missing by the end of my stay.I mentioned this at checkout, but the front desk staff pretended not to hear me.Unless you are looking for horrible service, do not stay here.

Didn't like our stay at this property. The staff was not very friendly, the furniture in the room very old and the mattress in bad condition. The breakfast was normal. Overall this hotel didn't meet our expectations.

Me he alojado en dos ocasiones y lo he elegido por su buena ubicación que permite llegar andando a casi todos los sitios relevantes de Roma. Está próximo a la estación de metro de Lepanto y es una zona de Roma con mucha vida por los propios romanos. Hay pocos turistas. Las habitaciones y el desayuno son normales. Otra cosa que me gustó, la habitación familiar son en realidad dos habitaciones comunicadas.

The staff is incredibly helpful. We had to ask so many questions since our baggage was lost. They were patient and understanding. They had plenty of maps they used to show us around. It seems like the hotel is in a pretty safe area with much to do around it. The room is clean, and there is a very convenient safe for passports and the like.

The hotel was in a convenient location with food and no other goods within walking distance. The restaurant connected to the hotel had an affordable and delicious lunch buffet as well. The rooms were large and luxurious, with high quality beds and comforters, temperature control, and a beautiful bathroom. My only complaint regards the breakfast, which wasn't very good at all. The milk in the coffee machine looked like soapy water, and the eggs were nearly liquid. Besides this, however, it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at over my trip in italy.

OK, so I'm a few years late posting this, but seeing this hotel on Google reminded me of a wonderful experience at this hotel.I'm going back 5 years, but the memory still makes me happy.Firstly, the room we were were given was spacious...a separate room with sofa and chairs, and the bedroom was very nice.Secondly, any suggestion given by the hotel staff was great.Now, here's the great part.While packing in the very early morning I neglected to pick up my camera bag with over $1,500 in camera equipment in it.While flying across the Atlantic Ocean it dawned on me that I had forgotten it.When I got home I called the hotel,the camera had been turned in by the housekeeping staff, and it was in the manager's safe.A hotel staff member took the camera over to a FedEx shipping center and sent it to me.In 3 days I had my camera back in my hands.Now that is spectacular!Honesty and trust with tourists is much more important that a lump in the mattress.Thank you Hotel Cicerone!

Rooms are comfortable but very hot in winter. Very clean. Huge towels but as in most places, no washcloths. Good breakfast except that I did not like the coffee system. Elevators small but fast...
