“Absolutely loved it. We had to walk just a few step to our room and outside was so beautiful there was a fountain surrounded by beautiful tropical plants.A beautiful boutique hotel. It has that antique classic feel which I adore. My husband and I had the suite. The room was big spaces and beautiful. The bathroom was nice, had a large tub jacuzzi. As my husband's cousin said " you have to walk a mile across the tub to get to the shower". It could use some upgrading. Staff absolutely wonderful. The host was knowledgable, explained information more than onceeven though he explained itseveral time without frustration and with a smile. House staffalways made us feel welcomeand it felt like a vacation. Our room was cleaned daily. We came to a clean hotel room with fresh towels and toiletries every day.We where in the middle of everything. If you ever visit South Beach please book the Essesx it was a wonderful experience for my husband and I. The elevator very small only hold maybe 2 and luggage. Not wheelchair friendly or handicap accessible.”
