“It was ok place to stay. They let us check in early, and let us know it would be $60 extra to do so. Which we was fine with. We checked out a 4am to catch our flight. They charged us an extra $15 for their restaurant, which we didn't purchase anything from. That is pretty irritating! The lady at the front desk said they would look into it. Which makes me think, they probably will not!”

“CATFISH HOTEL! Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Extreme false advertising on their “healthy” and “fresh” food. I ordered $12 chicken tacos and got 3 tortillas full of sour cream and chipotle sauce.. not sure there was any chicken to be found. The staff is unbothered by any feedback or bad review since American Airlines is keeping them in business. They send theircustomers here if their flight cancels and won’t be able to catch another flight until the next day.. or 2 in my situation. If this is money coming out of your own wallet - please book elsewhere.”
