“Queen rooms are too small but the king was super cozy and nice. Beds are very comfortable. Overall nice hotel. But the reason why I would return is the great customer service, especially Chris! I never had such good service in a hotel and he made all the difference. So kind and truly cares for the guest to be comfortable and happy. I wish every hotel had someone like him!!”
