It's a very nice updated Holiday inn what gave it four stars because you have to pay $15 for their all-you-can-eat breakfast that had very little options to choose from versus other hotels that had free breakfast with a whole lot more food options to choose from.

Primeiro quarto cheirava como se algo estivesse morto dentro desagradável. Sem toalhas na piscina... banheiro feminino na piscina era nojento. As crianças comem de graça né? Não... Deveria receber comida grátis para crianças com estadia no hotel. Sentei-me para ter um bom jantar com a família e eles me disseram que não é de graça ..... de acordo com o site é café da manhã almoço e jantar ..... , especialmente quando minha esposa e eu estávamos pedindo os itens mais caros do menu. Oh bem, fomos para Texas Roadhouse e tivemos uma refeição maravilhosa por menos de metade do preço.

Amo os quartos renovados, tivemos um ótimo fim de semana relaxante aqui. Uma das melhores piscinas de hotel ao redor também, gostaria que ainda tivessem as banheiras de hidromassagem/sauna. A equipe sempre foi útil com tudo o que precisávamos também. Com certeza ficarei novamente!

Love the renovated rooms, had a great relaxing weekend here. One of the best hotel pools around too, wish they still had the hot tubs/sauna. Staff was always helpful with anything we needed as well. Will definitely stay again!

First room smelled like something was dead inside nasty. No towels at the pool... Women's restroom by pool was disgusting. The kids eat free right? Nope... Supposed to get free food for kids with hotel stay. I sat down to have a nice dinner with the family and they tell me it's not free..... according to the website it's breakfast lunch and dinner..... The restaurant was completely dead so I figured they would want my business, especially when my wife and I were ordering the most expensive items on the menu. Oh well we went to Texas Roadhouse and had a wonderful meal for less than half the price.

Fiquei aqui nas férias de primavera de 2022 para tirar as crianças de casa e nadar. A(s) piscina(s) são a principal razão pela qual reservamos este hotel. Tem 2, uma olímpica e a outra uma pequena piscina "infantil". As crianças se divertiram muito e a área da piscina parece incrível. Sempre me perguntavam nas redes sociais se eu estava hospedado em algum resort fora do estado - que bom que é! Dito isto, também reservamos por causa do café da manhã gratuito. Acordamos cedo, descemos e nos disseram que não havia café da manhã continental. O motivo? "Algo aconteceu na cozinha." O que foi isso não temos ideia. Mas vimos outros hóspedes decepcionados descendo esperando o café da manhã e sendo informados de que o café da manhã era café e muffins no lobby. 🥴 Pedimos um reembolso parcial e a jovem, embora agradável e muito gentil, parecia nova no cargo e estava lutando para descobrir como encontrar a reserva e como creditar algumas das cobranças. A espera foi muito longa e as crianças estavam com fome e prontas para sair neste momento, então eu disse a ela para esquecer e fomos embora. Ficaríamos aqui novamente? Absolutamente. As piscinas são incríveis. Ficamos desapontados em outros aspectos? Sim, mas não o suficiente para tornar isso uma experiência ruim. A vida acontece às vezes e às vezes isso significa que não há café da manhã continental grátis! 🥞😵 A grande coisa é que você pode descer La Grange Road nas proximidades e encontrar uma quantidade infinita de restaurantes de fast food e alguns bons restaurantes sentados a 5-15 minutos do hotel.

Positives: The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our room was unique with a brick wall and was updated. Very large pool and a lot of seating. Second kiddy pool. Very large shower. Bathroom was clean.Negatives: The front desk woman who checked me in talked to someone on her Bluetooth phone the entire time she checked me in. She only talked a bit louder when she was talking to me, otherwise I would have had no idea who she was talking to. The light right when you walked in the room was burnt out. You have to pay extra to swim in the pools. There were doors slamming constantly until midnight, which made it difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast was supposed to be included but signs told you to go down to the attached restaurant for breakfast. Elevators were bouncy as in you could see them bounce when they stopped at a floor. No service since 2015 according to the sticker. We took the stairs, which were very dirty and musty.Probably will find lodging elsewhere next time.

Stayed here on spring break 2022 to get the kids out of the house and take a swim. The pool(s) are the main reason we booked this hotel. It has 2, one Olympic size and the other a small "kiddie" pool. Kids had a blast and the pool area looks amazing. I kept getting asked on social media if I was staying at some resort out of state - that's how nice it is! That said, we also booked becuase of the free breakfast. We got up early, went down and were told there was no continental breakfast. The reason? "Something happened in the kitchen." What that was we have no idea. But we did see other disappointed guest coming down expecting breakfast and being told the breakfast was coffee and muffins in the lobby.🥴 We asked for a partial refund and the young lady, while pleasant and very personable, seemed new to the position and was struggling figuring out how to find the reservation and how to credit some of the charges. The wait was too long and the kids were hungry and ready to leave at this point so I told her to just forget it and we left. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. The pools are awesome. Were we disappointed in other aspects? Yes, but not enough to have made this a bad experience. Life happens sometimes and sometimes that means no free continental breakfast! 🥞😵 The great thing is you can head down La Grange Road nearby and find an endless amount of fast food restaurants and some nice sit down restaurants within 5-15min from the hotel.

O quarto e o hotel eram bastante limpos, mas precisam desesperadamente de uma reforma. Os tapetes são antigos, o estilo do quarto está desatualizado. Os aparelhos são modelos antigos, a TV não é inteligente. O design do quarto é um pouco estranho com a cozinha sendo parte do banheiro. Elétrica perto de água corrente nunca é uma boa ideia. É considerado um perigo. Sem mencionar que não há meio-fio ao redor do chuveiro para que a água possa ir facilmente a qualquer lugar. O maior problema é que há algo errado com o encanamento. Talvez sejam os canos, mas também pode ser um vaso sanitário / tanque precisando de reparos. Ele estava fazendo sons a cada meia hora, então era impossível dormir, já que o som era muito alto.

The room and the hotel were pretty clean, but in desperate need of a remodel. Carpets are old, room style is outdated. Appliances are old models, TV is not smart. The room design is a bit awkward with the kitchen being part of the restroom. Electrical close to running water is never a good idea. It is considered a hazard. Not to mention that there is no curb around the shower so water can easily go anywhere. The biggest problem is that there is something wrong with the plumbing. Maybe is the pipes, but could also be a toilet/ toilet tank in need of repair. It was making sounds every half an hour so it was impossible to sleep since the sound was just too loud.

In town for a birthday celebration Halloween weekend. First time staying at Holiday Inn Countryside, IL but won't be the last! Our overall experience was very enjoyable. The staff, location, recent renovations, and lovely Atrium venue were awesome. The front desk staff, especially Sina, and the housekeeping manager, Lisa were very professional and customer satisfaction oriented. Lisa personally handled an issue we had with our initial room. Absolutely loved her positive vibe and our overall stay. The renovated rooms practical design &  beautiful decor are very welcoming.  The bathroom,  beds & linen in both the double queen and king rooms are very clean and comfy. Not all the rooms are renovated yet, so make sure to ask for one that is when checking in.Hope you enjoy your stay! We certainly did.

The music from the banquet center is keeping me up after 11pm on a Thursday night... I was told that there are quiet hours on the weekend (interesting?), but not on weekdays. Business travelers, those with children, and anyone who likes to sleep - beware!... IHG points mean nothing in general anymore, so my check in reward was a free morning beverage, which I can't enjoy due to an early flight... A few short weeks ago, I was at least offered a complimentary cocktail, but not now... Requested a bottle of water, but all that I could get was Gatorade or soft drinks... The light in the entryway of my room doesn't work. I'm not a fancy gal, but expected simple comfort and relative quiet. My IHG "preferences" request a room ''away from elevators and ice machines" since I'm a light sleeper - I guess I should also request a room "away from parties." I was told that they have many, many unoccupied rooms, yet my room was still assigned near the noisy banquet center.... The most lovely part of this IHG location is the staff - Danielle at the restaurant is a gem (she's the only reason y'all got any stars)! And the front desk staff is courteous.

El HOTEL está limpio y la comida es buena, PERO la persona en recepcion llamada Cristo NO es nada amable todo lo contrario. Estuvimos 3 noches y nos quedamos una cuarta, tuvimos que esperar DOS HORAS a que limpiaran la habitación, pedimos que nos cambiará a una habitación limpia y de mal a manera dijo que NO se podia???? CUANDO mi hermano es cliente VIP de este HOTEL.

Excelente hotel. Me gusta en su totalidad. Sus habitaciones muy cómodas .limpias y me gusta la ubicación del hotel .a solo 5 min. Del aeropuerto Midway.

El personal es bueno pero el hotel se vw viejo

Es un lugar limpio y muy cómodo,conveniente y no muy lejos.

El servicio es único. Personas muy atent@s. Apto para cualquier evento. Recomendable y eficaz.

Was there for one night, with meetings outside the city.. Not highly recommended except for short stays where you will be out of the hotel most of the time. Convenient, affordable, good rooms... but...

I have stayed a number of times now and made the decision that I will not do it again. For one thing I have requested twice not to be put at the very end of the hotel and both times apparently it...

My husband and I made reservations at this hotel for a funeral in Palos Hills. The hotel was ok-a bit dated. The room itself had a coffee maker but no coffee cups. The alarm on the nightstand was set...
