Olá ficamos por 2 semanas (quarto 1137). A verdade é que o serviço é excelente! Eu poderia classificá-lo como este: Serviços: 10 pontos. Atenção: 10 pontos .. Alimentação: 10 pontos. Limpeza: 10 pontos. Localização: 10 pontos. Preço: 8 pontosTudo isso é devido a pessoas como Yeison (chefe de atendimento ao cliente). Ele resolveu cada consulta levantamos. Sempre disponível, ouvindo cada situação levantada e proporcionando uma resposta imediata !! .. Parabéns. !! Os quartos são espaçosos, fresco e muito limpo. Este último, graças a pessoas como Emerita (ela está no 11º andar). Um gênio!! Tínhamos até perdeu um anel, quando ela limpou o quarto, ela encontrou-o e deixou-o no armário, mostrando o tipo de pessoa que ela é ... Parabéns !! Eu também quero parabenizar a equipe do buffet ... um mais profissional do que o outro ... Deimer Estrada (Capitão) Cairo Martinez (supervisor) Javier Feria (chefe de cozinha).Parabéns para o hotel para ter pessoas assim ... eles fazem você se sentir melhor do que em casa, e você sempre quer voltar ... !!

Hola estuvimos alojados por 2 semanas (habitación 1137). La verdad que el servicio es excelente!!Lo podria puntuar asi: Servicios: 10 puntos. Atención: 10 puntos.. Comida: 10 puntos. Limpieza: 10 puntos. Ubicación:10 puntos. Precio: 8 puntosTodo esto, se debe a personas como Yeison (jefe de atención al cliente). Nos resolvió cada consulta planteada. Siempre disponible,escuchando cada situación planteada y brindando una inmediata respuesta!!.. Felicitaciones.!! Las habitaciones son amplias, frescas y muy limpias. Esto último gracias a personas como Emerita (ella esta en el piso 11) . Una genia!! Incluso habíamos perdido un anillo, ella al limpiar la habitación, lo encontro y lo dejo sobre el mueble, demostrado la clase de persona que es.. Felicitaciones!! También quiero felicitar al personal del buffet.. uno mas profesional que otro... Quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e bem equipados. Eles devem melhorar: 1. Elevadores muito lentos, tocam quando sobem e dão a impressão de pouca manutenção. 2. Coquetéis: deixam muito a desejar, os bartenders não parecem ter muita experiência. 3. Boate Rezak: o ar funciona mal, apenas um bartender para todo o local impossibilita o pedido. 4. Fachada do edifício: devem melhorar a fachada, um hotel de 4 estrelas não pode ter uma fachada que se pareça mais com um hotel de categoria inferior.

Habitaciones amplias, confortables, y bien equipadas. Deben mejorar en: 1. Ascensores demasiado lentos, suenan cuando suben dan la impresión de poco mantenimiento. 2. Cocteles: dejan mucho que desear, los bartenders no parecen tener mu ha experiencia. 3. Discoteca rezak: funciona mal el aire, solo un bartender para todo el sitio hace imposible pedir algo. 4. Fachada del edificio: deben mejorar la fachada, un hotel de 4 estrellas no puede tener una fachada que parece más la de un hotel de baja categoría.

Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms. They should improve on: 1. Elevators too slow, they ring when they go up they give the impression of little maintenance. 2. Cocktails: they leave much to be desired, the bartenders do not seem to have much experience. 3. Rezak nightclub: the air works badly, only one bartender for the whole site makes it impossible to order something. 4. Building facade: they must improve the facade, a 4-star hotel cannot have a facade that looks more like a low-category hotel.

Surrounding the hotel and beaches are a gang of men and women harrasing tourist at the entrance and the beach. Be very careful with your belongings and money, the criminal will not be deterred until they will tale what they want. So be on the alert or i would not recommend visiting this Bocagrande in Cartagena

NÃO posso recomendar. Precisa de reservas para a piscina, nunca disse isso quando fiz a reserva. Tenha apenas 3 elevadores funcionando, todos muito pequenos, portanto, leva uma eternidade para chegar ao lobby ou se tiver a sorte de conseguir reservas, para a piscina do último andar. Por outro lado, os trabalhadores de serviço eram muito simpáticos e trabalhavam muito. Se você está procurando um lugar tranquilo, vá ao Hotel Dann em Bocagrande.

La atención del restaurante es EXCELENTE. Cada uno de los colaboradores se les ve el reflejo de Danilson como líder, fue una experiencia maravillosa ir al restaurante en cada una de las comidas. Adicional, la sazón del chef es INCREÍBLE. Volvería a hospedarme allí 1 y mil veces más.

Can NOT recommend. Need reservations for the pool, never told this when I made the reservation. Have only 3 working elevators, all very small, hence takes forever to get to the lobby or IF you are lucky enough to get reservations, to the roof top pool. On the other hand, the service workers were very nice and very hardworking. If you are looking for a tranquil place , go to Hotel Dann in Bocagrande.
