Perfect hotel in the center of Barcelona...close to the placa de catalunya...la Rambla..A hotel with big rooms..big badroom..24/7 reception. The breakfast is buffet..but daily the same food with enough choice.

Can't imagine the hotel didn't provide kettle , mugs, water and mouthwash cups. Of course no tea bags and coffee as well. Should 3* hotel like this? No service at all ! The staff told us no kettle provides because of covid, what a silly answer! 100degree boiling, do you think the virus can survive? Do they know no mugs and mouthwash cups for guess are very inconvenient? We had to buy that for ourselves! And drinking water as well! How can it claim to be a 3 *hotel?! On the other hand, when the domestic helper vacuumed the floor always bang the door or furniture with a loud noice in the early morning. The hotel seems to be no sound proof! The helper was no caring at all. We all woke up by the loud noise. The Wi-Fi was sooooo slow and poor! Fast Wi-Fi is very important in this century, guys! Very Disappointed With This Hotel ! ! !😩😠

Estou muito satisfeito com a minha experiência neste hotel, localização excepcional a poucos minutos a pé da Rambla e do metro, limpo e com vários espaços para leitura e espera. Os quartos do segundo andar são praticamente os mesmos, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro decente e troca diária de toalhas. O quarto tem duas camas separadas e os lençóis são também para as duas camas e não para a cama de casal.

I stayed for 7nights at this hotel It was much better than I expected Location,Service and Room Condition(bedwas very comfortable) were very nice. Price is very reasonable!! But,It's noisy until late night due to the many bars and clubs around this hotel. It was ok for me but some people may be uncomfortable with the noise.

Pongo una estrella porque no me deja poner 0. A una semana de nuestro viaje a Barcelona (habiendo hecho la reserva con un mes de antelación, por lo menos), nos avisan de que el hotel está cerrado y que no podremos alojarnos allí. Lo cual ha implicado que a tan sólo una semana de nuestro viaje tengamos que buscar otro hotel, lo que ha supuesto un incremento de precio al hacerlo con tan poca antelación. Si ya sabían que el hotel iba a estar cerrado (y nos han confirmado que así era) no deberían tener la opción de hacer reserva habilitada o, como mínimo, cancelarnos la reserva en cuanto la realizamos para así tener opción de buscar otro hotel con antelación suficiente al viaje. Con esta cancelación hemos perdido dinero y tiempo. No sé cómo será el hotel por dentro, ni el personal, pero desde luego la gestión PÉSIMA. Si vuelvo a Barcelona, aunque estén abiertos ya, no me quedaré aquí.

No problems with our room - very clean! Nice staff. Under renovations when we were there. Staff kept our bags since we arrived before 3pm (still got our room at 1pm), however I didn't like how our bags were stored so openly.

Not good at all. The only nice things were the location and the shower. The cleaning people were awful and didn’t clean at all. Rooms are nice but the beds are twin beds that separate all the time. Television not working, air conditioning can be too cold or too hot nothing in the middle, and the breakfast is a bit poor. Bad coffee and no refill if you come in after the first service hour. The people in the front desk were kind but not helpful, no one from the stuff speaks English. Bad experience, great location.
