“Don’t expect a 5* luxury hotel. It is a nice hotel and does the job. It’s clean and warm. Looks newly refurbished. Yes the room was small but it did the job. There’s no kettle in the room which is a slight negative but overall very good. Bar staff were very nice. The only other let down was the ‘security’ guard that was sat downstairs with his dog. In the downstairs area there is a football table & darts, so we went down but the dog was barking non stop, went outside for a cigarette and we was told (by reception staff) the door downstairs needs to be kept open otherwise it won’t open from the outside. So we did but the security guy came and shut it so we was stuck outside until someone came and opened it.”

“We've stayed at the hotel for 6 days, the staff is very rude except for the lady that works in the morning.
Water pressure is weak.
No hot water in the shower.
Room is too small.
Elevators are not working properly.
The bed is the best part of this.
