Hotel muito agradável e está bem localizado na ilha de Manhattan, perto do metrô e do centro, permitindo que você possa caminhar até às principais atrações de NY. O preço é justo pelo que oferece. Bom restaurante, bar e o café da manhã você pode escolher no hotel ou na região próxima.

Front desk lady provided terrible service. Very unwelcoming since I checked into the hotel and even caused issues during my stay by calling security to my room and trying to kick me out for buying a cake to celebrate my birthday with two friends. Wouldn’t even allow them to stay so we could at least cut the cake .

The front desk lady (w/ gray hair and glasses) was EXTREMELY rude--just awfully short and snippy for asking if we need to check out with her to return keys. Also heard her shouting while fighting with another guest. Could be heard from the lounge area.Hotel (same front desk woman) didn't accommodate late check-out, which sure that's fine, but the way she responded and her tone made us feel extremely unwelcome.The room/space itself was nice. Refrigerator in room was HOT. Bed sheet had stains...

Este hotel foi tão down hill. Eu adorava aqui e recomendava aos clientes. Nunca mais. Eu reservei e foi oferecido um upgrade de quarto durante a minha reserva. Liguei antes para ter certeza de que não havia uma taxa para animais de estimação. Disseram que eles aceitavam animais de estimação e que haveria um custo extra de Bono para 2 cães com menos de 20 ou 30 libras, não me lembro dos libras exatas. para chegar ao hotel foi informado que há uma taxa extra de $ 100 que felizmente eles dispensaram porque me disseram o contrário. Solicitado check-out tardio e que foi outra taxa de $ 100. Subo para o meu “quarto com upgrade rei premier” para encontrar um quarto extremamente pequeno que era quente e tem uma sauna. O quarto tinha cama king-size, mesinha e cadeira. Solicitei um sofá, não atendi. Vou guardar a comida dos meus cães e a insulina dos meus cães, apenas para descobrir que o mini-frigorífico não funciona e está muito quente. Eu liguei e eles disseram que não têm mais geladeiras funcionando nos quartos. Eles trouxeram uma geladeira pequena da velha escola. Felizmente funcionou. Eu pedi um quarto tranquilo. É de frente para a rua e ouviu barulho a noite toda. A cama tinha um grande lençol jogado, nenhum lençol ajustado e você podia ver o colchão rasgado embaixo. Apenas parecia sujo. Sem água ou café no quarto. O banheiro é extremamente pequeno e datado. O chuveiro é talvez 2 x 3. Tenho apenas 5'5 135 libras e não poderia fazer a barba ou ter espaço para fazer outra coisa além de um enxágue rápido lá. Se eu não tivesse meus cães honestamente, eu iria embora e pediria um reembolso, mas infelizmente fiquei. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente. Triste porque costumava ser tão bom. Também o serviço foi bom, nada de espetacular e certamente não 4 estrelas. Eu fiquei nos melhores westerns mais agradáveis ​​do que este lugar. This hotel has gone so down hill. I used to love it here and would recommend it to clients. Never again. I booked and was offered a room upgrade during my booking. I called prior to make sure there wasn’t a pet fee. Was told they were pet friendly and there would Bono extra charge for 2 dogs under 20 or 30 lbs, I don’t recall the exact lbs. get to hotel was told there’s an extra $100 fee which luckily they waived because I was told otherwise. Asked for late check out and that was another $100 fee. I get up to my “premier king upgraded room” to find an extremely tiny room that was hot has a sauna. The room had a king bed, small table and chair.I requested a sofa, didn’t get it. I go to put my dogs food away and my dogs insulin only to find the mini fridge doesn’t work and it burning hot. I call down and they said they don’t have working refrigerators in the rooms anymore. They brought up an old school small fridge. Luckily it worked. I requested a quite room. It’s street facing and heard noise all night. The bed had a large sheet thrown over, no fitted sheet and you could see the torn mattress pad under. It just felt dirty. No water or coffee in the room . The bathroom is extremely small and dated. The shower is maybe 2 x 3. I’m only 5’5 135lbs and I couldn’t shave or have room to do much other than a quick rinse in there. If I didn’t have my dogs honestly I would of left and asked for a refund but I regretfully stayed. I’ll never stay here again. Sad because it used to be so nice. Also service was fine, nothing spectacular and certainly not 4 star. I’ve stayed in best westerns nicer than this place. They should be ashamed to charge anything over $100. I paid $350 and it’s a waste. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere

Great design. Railroad style rooms with the living room being the first room when You enter. Beautiful woods furnishings throughout and a medium size couch in the living room. Bedrooms are standard but distant to the door which is great for privacy. Bathrooms are standard but toilets are placed within a nook of the room which gives them enough distance and privacy that two individuals can use the bathroom simultaneously. Staff was friendly and intrusive. My only regret is that I did take pictures so management if you see this give me another night ;).

Stay was just okay. Check in was easy. Customer service was good. We had our do not disturb light on and house keepers still came in our room while we were gone. Not okay! Our room had very stained carpet and chairs , they then upgraded me to a room on the upper level and still stained carpets and chairs making it uncomfortable to walk or sit on. Disappointed in that especially for $300+ a night. Views were okay. Comfortable bed & loved the shower. I wouldn’t come back tho but thanks anyways for the stay.

Was here for a private event, and this hotel made it really convenient to stay and attend the event. Nothing negative happened, but it honestly is not a 4 star hotel. Nobody offered to help us with our bags. No bottled water in the room (neither complimentary nor for purchase), and no in-room coffee maker. I expect the basics like a coffee pot and a bottle of water from a 3 star hotel, to be honest.Very chic decor, especially in the public spaces.The rooms were very pretty and more spacious than I expected, but the bathroom door is not private whatsoever. The bathroom "door" in our room is a piece of frosted glass that does not fill up the door opening nor does it lock. It's like a designer wanted to suggest the idea of a door but without the functionality.If you're the type of person who normally closes the door when you use the restroom, that is not really possible here.

Este site irá comparar milhares de sites de reservas e normalmente terá quartos muito mais baratos em comparação com outros! Me agradeça depois! Este resort é um dos melhores da área. Estou hospedado aqui há anos. Se você decidir ficar aqui, você definitivamente vai adorar, tenho certeza!Belo quarto, camas confortáveis. Quartos muito limpos. Excelente localização, perto da localização frente à água intrépida. 10 minutos de caminhada até a praça do tempo e também para o parque de vasos. Em geral, o hotel era bom. A equipe foi muito simpática e ciente das precauções de segurança, todos usando máscara e sinais de distanciamento social.

Really sad we didn’t get to stay more than just one day, the view was really perfect but honestly the whole reason it was a 5 star stay was because of their front door man Jose. He’s so kind and helpful and whatever he’s being paid isn’t enough. Ink 48 I hope you read these and either give that man a raise or treat him amazingly because I definitely want to say hi to him next time I come! Only negative I will say is the street can be kind of loud and if you want to try to sleep in the city that never sleeps it can delay that a little bit lol.

This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you definitely will love it I'm sure! Beautiful room, comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. Great location near the intrepid water front location. 10 min walk to time square and also to the vase park. Overall the hotel was nice. Staff was very friendly and well aware of safety precautions all wearing mask and signs for social distancing.

Horror todo mal, no pierdas tu dinero, mala ubicación, mal servicio

Nabokov once wrote that there is no place louder than an American hotel. How right he was. There is construction going on across the street that will have you vertical in your bed at 7am sharp. Several rooms down the hall you still hear the elevator doors open at night. And so many more problems. Room wasn’t ready at check in time, made me wait for an hour and a half. At least they offered a few bucks in return (upon request). Clueless staff. Way too expensive for what you’re getting. Before people say “but that’s New York”. No. Offer a good product if you want my money. You get the idea. Won’t come back here ever.

Un lugar único o de los pocos que ofrece Nueva York con este tipo de vistas, Recomiendo subir a este roof top de noche porque la vista de la ciudad con todas sus luces es magnífica. Como en todo roof top aprovechen para pedirse alguna bebida espirituosa o un buen trago en la espectacular barra en donde sirven todo tipo de bebidas. No hay código de ropa aunque muchos a pesar de i con zapatillas...van arreglados. Buena música y en temporada de frío hay calefacción afuera. Imperdible la vista. Aprovechen una noche y vayan un rato a tomarse un trago. No sé lo van a olvidar.

Estupendas habitaciones. Muy bien situado en Manhattan. Para gente marchosa. Un poco ruidoso el entorno. Buenas vistas desde la terraza. No es barato.
