“Do not book here or do so at your own risk! Booked 2 rooms months in advanced. Paid 50% deposit and arrived at the hotel to have our room bookings canceled, even with printouts of the booking confirmation and payment invoice. Reception was not helpful and was not sorry. Had to go back into Cusco and try and find other accommodation for the night which wasted most of the day and cost us money. Worst experience. Hotel isn't in the greatest location which is understandable for the price but just be aware before booking here.”

“The rooms have new bathroom fixtures, hardwood floors, a large TV and plenty of closet space. There are hot showers and room heaters for cold nights. There are a few things they can work on. There is water damage on the ceiling including mold and peeling paint from construction on the top floor. You need to remember to lock the door since there are no automatic locking doors and no deadbolt. I had reserved a room with a Jacuzzi but when I checked in I was told there were none available.”
