Location to McCormick place perfect. The hotel amenities, fit and finish are beautiful and well-appointed. The m club is gorgeous with a well-stocked snack, coffee, and refreshments center that is expensive. The breakfast is very good. I highly recommend this hotel and if you can get the m club upgrade

I attended a business gala event, but did not stay at the hotel as a guest. However, the hotel lobby and banquet room was absolutely gorgeous so I'm sure the rooms are spectacular. Everyone I encounter that worked there was extremely professional. They also have valet parking, which was a huge plus and the deciding factor if I was going to attend. You must keep in mind although this area has changed for the better you are still on the Southside of Chicago and I will leave it at that. Just from what I could see during the time I was there for those planning a trip to Chicago or an event I would definitely not overlook this hotel. Minutes away from downtown Chicago and also Lake Michigan. Definitely a 5 star hotel!

This was a great hotel stay experience. Staff professional, helpful & pleasant. Room was clean view amazing! The restaurants & bar in this hotel were awesome! Jai was a great waiter/chef! Such a top notch experience .. I will definitely be returning in the future .. Definitely get 5 star rating if I could give more than 5 stars I would 🙂 Esta foi uma ótima experiência de estadia no hotel. A equipe profissional, útil e agradável. Quarto era vista limpa incrível! Os restaurantes e bar neste hotel foram incríveis! Jai foi um ótimo garçom/chef! Uma experiência de primeira qualidade. . Definitivamente voltarei no futuro. Very nice place. I got a room here for C2E2. It's awesome that it's connected to the convention center if you are wearing a heavy costume you can stay inside with the AC. The room was kind of small though and not a lot of amenities for the high price. Also not having free parking loses them a star. I also wish this hotel had a pool.

Very clean and well maintained property. Rooms are modern and clean. We usually get the 2 queen rooms. Ideal location for conferences but not the best location if you wanted to walk and explore downtown Chicago. Definitely need to drive or take a taxi/car.

I stayed here for a conference. The hotel is very impressive and has a great elevator system, to accommodate its huge height. The rooms were very spacious with their own sofa and the bathrooms offered large showering and bathing areas. Are used to room service on one occasion and found it to be very good efficient and quality of food was average. My only negative point is that it is at least one hours walk into downtown Chicago so most people will need to use a taxi., Although the walk across the Lakeside promenade was beautiful and certainly worth doing at least on one occasion. The area around the hotel felt safe and there are also some great areas to explore local to the hotel. Fiquei aqui para uma conferência. O hotel é muito impressionante e possui um ótimo sistema de elevadores, para acomodar sua enorme altura. Os quartos eram muito espaçosos, com seu próprio sofá e os banheiros ofereciam grandes áreas de chuveiro e banho. Estão acostumados a serviço de quarto em uma ocasião e achei que era muito bom, eficiente e a qualidade da comida era média. Meu único ponto negativo é que é pelo menos uma hora de caminhada até o centro de Chicago, então a maioria das pessoas precisará usar um táxi. A área ao redor do hotel parecia segura e também há algumas ótimas áreas para explorar locais do hotel.

Restaurant is good.If you don't know area, there is additional selections of food within the hotel.Bar served good drinks. Excelente localização para McCormick e Arena. Alguns locais para comer a uma curta distância. Os quartos e as vistas são lindos e relaxantes. Adorei os banheiros e não se ouve muito barulho nos pisos. Restaurante é bom. Se você não conhece a área, há opções adicionais de comida dentro do hotel. Bar serviu boas bebidas.

Luis at the front desk was very attentive and friendly. He greeted me as soon as I walked up and it took less than 5 minutes to get me checked in. Lobby is a fairly large open space. Decorum is nice but the seats are VERY low. The night I arrived there was a NBA playoff game on in the bar, very busy area and bartenders were on top of everything. My room was spacious? Super clean and lots of outlets for your phone(s) and laptop and any other electronic device. Amazing view of the lake. Didn't give 5 stars because there isn't a 24 hr market pantry so I couldn't get a soft drink after 10pm because the market area closes at that time. A minor thing but good to know ahead of time. Luis na recepção foi muito atencioso e amigável. Ele me cumprimentou assim que eu subi e levou menos de 5 minutos para me fazer o check-in. O lobby é um espaço aberto bastante grande. O decoro é bom, mas os assentos são MUITO baixos. Na noite em que cheguei, havia um jogo de playoff da NBA no bar, área muito movimentada e os bartenders estavam no topo de tudo. Meu quarto era espaçoso? Super limpo e com muitas tomadas para seu(s) telefone(s) e laptop e qualquer outro dispositivo eletrônico. Vista incrível do lago. Não dei 5 estrelas porque não há uma despensa do mercado 24 horas, então não consegui um refrigerante depois das 22h porque a área do mercado fecha naquele horário. Uma coisa pequena, mas bom saber antes do tempo.

El hotel es muy bonito, moderno y elegante. Las habitaciones son amplias, con vistas maravillosas y las camas son muy cómodas. Sin embargo, es un hotel de congresos, alejado del centro (en el sur de Chicago, cerca del barrio chino) por lo que no lo recomendaría para hacer turismo.
