“This hotel is a total disaster. Stayed here in July of 2022 and there was endless problems. The biggest problem was the AC not working during 30+ degree weather leaving your room super hot and sweaty all the time. For a high end Paris hotel this is simply unacceptable and there seems to be no plan whatsoever to fix this major issue. The rooms also have very strange design features like very small showers, giant hallways inside of rooms, and light switches turning off electricity to the whole room. On top of that the executive lounge is a total nightmare and complete waste of money. Food is only available in the lounge twice a day with the dinner served often being very unappetizing and quite frankly disgusting, no AC again makes it a very unenjoyable lounge to relax in, and this "rooftop executive lounge" has its rooftop balcony closed. On top of that customer service is also pretty bad at this hotel. We asked for fans to compensate for no AC multiple times over the phone and they either never brought them to our room or straight up lied to us by saying they had none which was not the case when we went to the lobby to ask for some and received multiple. We also experienced multiple occasions where the executive lounge staff claimed we were not on the list of guests with lounge access despite having a suite that comes with lounge access. Only good thing I can say is the breakfast is decent. Overall this hotel is absolutely terrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone going to Paris.”

“This Marriott property went above and beyond to make my mother's milestone birthday special. The staff was wonderful; the lounge has the best views and the lounge staff was beyond accommodating. Do not read into the mixed reviews. The room was great, everything was completely operational and functioning. Zero issues. The check in process was smooth and status was recognized. The restaurant was also a great option for a quick late night meal. Breakfast and happy hour was full service in the lounge. The gym was also better then the usual Euro hotel gym. The employees at this property really made this stay enjoyable by being friendly and welcoming. Taxis and Ubers were easy to access. Great location near the Opera House, restaurants, and shopping. Very walkable to the Louvre and other landmarks.”
