Estamos hospedados agora no hotel.Chegamos 2 horas antes do check-in e eles deixaram entrar. Todos são gentis.Nosso apto (302) tem vista da piscina e do laguinho.O quarto é amplo e limpo. O serviço de limpeza funciona. O café da manhã é muito simples e básico. E o preço: excelente!

Atendimento bom, quarto espaçoso e bem limpo! Grande gama de canal de TV, ótimo secador (de verdade) e bem localizado!!!! Ar condicionado/aquecedor potentes e carpete no quarto. Cobra 5 dolares para receber encomenda, que é o preço comum aqui (tipo na Disney). Vale a pena

Ótima recepção, o hotel desfruta de shuttle gratuitamente para levar para a Disney e Universal, é oferece alguns pacotes de passeio, tem um café da manhã muito bom, quarto bastante espaçoso e estacionamento gratuito. Espero voltar mais vezes.

Quarto espaçoso com cafeteira e frigobar mas o microondas não estava funcionando muito bem... no dia da nossa saída, parece q estavam trocando os colchões das camas por novos que estavam chegando naquele dia... ou seja, tudo novinho! Menos o microondas... hahaha O café da manhã tbm foi muito bom e gostei da localização do hotel!

I WAS STOLEN. I am staying at this hotel at that time. Last week I had my luggage broken (locker was damaged) and 1,500.00 dollars was stolen. I informed the management of the hotel and after some conversations they said they could not be responsible. I registered the occurrence in the police of orlando. By the hotel was just offered a discount in the end-of-stay for a refund of 100 dollars only . I missed two tours of my trip to solve these problems and I feel extremely injured. I WILL NEVER stay at this hotel again or at any other Quality hotel.FUI ROUBADO! Estou hospedado no hotel nesse momento.Na ultima semana tive a minha mala violada (trava da mala foi danificada) e1500 dolares foram roubados. Comuniquei a gerencia do hotel e depois de algumas conversas eles disseram que nao poderiam se responsabilizar. Registrei a ocorrencia na policia de orlando. Por parte do hotel foi oferecido apenas um desconto nas diarias do hotel que ao final da minha estadia totalizaria aproximadamente 100 dolares. Perdi dois passeios da minha viagem para resolver esses problemas e me sinto extremamente lesado.NUNCA MAIS me hospedo neste hotel ou em qualquer outro da rede Quality.

Precisa de renovação do carpete urgente! As camas são ótimas, b limpas e confortáveis. A piscina não tem aquecimento, bem antiga, precisando de renovação. Café da manhã OK.

Hotel bem próximo dos parques da Universal, com transfer gratuito em três horários pela manhã com retorno em dois horários pela noite, está bem distante da Disney, mas tem transfer uma vez ao dia para o Epcot, quarto amplo, limpo, mas tem carpete. O café da manhã é bem pobre, pouquíssimas opção.

É um bom hotel, não é caro, o pessoal é MUITO prestativo e o café da manhã provavelmente é MUITO melhor e mais sortido que o de sua casa. Fica MUITO perto dos Universal Studios, tem transfer de ida e volta de graça em 2 horários. Se você precisar ir ou voltar de UBER, vai dar uns US$12.00 cada trecho. Se usar o transfer pergunte claramente em qual plataforma (LANE, "Lêine" em inglês) você vai pegar o ônibus de volta. Na volta, com todo mundo cansado, a confusão é grande (sério mesmo!). Se você parar no hotel errado vai ter que se virar sozinho.

No es el hotel prometido. Muy malo el servicio, al ingresar a la habitacion 221 el olor a humedad era muy fuerte y salio una cucaracha del baño. Nos cambiaron a la 305. Las sabanas estaban sucias y olian mal, pedi q me las cambien, son muy descuidados. Es muy viejo el edificio, todo percudido, el sillon tenia perforaciones en la tela desgastada. Y el servicio dejo mucho para hablar. La limpieza mediocre. Me cambiaron las toallas pero no limpiaron ni tendieron la cama. No creo q merezca las estrellas que tiene. No es un buen hotel. Y aun me quedan dias aca, ya q hice reserva por booking.

La verdad al parecer cuando les conviene hablan español, por qué en el momento de hacer un requerimiento por alguna falla de su personal o algo que esté mal no son tan amables, pero para verificar tanto el monto de la plata de pago como para en horas del desayuno decir cómo se debe utilizar el sitio lo hacen y lo hablan claramente (español )

Everything was great until we left, we're at a theme park in the parking lot before finding out that they didn't give me my license back. No call to the room when the guest right behind me was checking in as well. So not only did it cost me time but also money. Sad too because everything else was great.

Was finally able to get a corporate number after having my partner come down and show her ID, even though I have the confirmation email, screenshot of the purchase, my ID, my name is on the paper that he could not find when I was down there (for the room check in), but miraculously found when she came down and I also had the card I purchased the $200 room with. Then he proceeded to tell my partner I was "disrespectful" as he continued to gaslight and laugh. I even tried to fix the issue with him instead of going to a manager or corporate, yet he chose to continue to have the most terrible attitude and worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We all regret not getting an Airbnb or a 4☆-5☆ hotel for the same price. On top of this appealing service, the room was shabby and the beds were bricks. What a waste of money. If I could give negative stars I would.

An old hotel but very clean. The lady at the breakfast bar was very good at her job. Alot of people getting breakfast at the same Tim & she kept disk filled, cleaned up, washed tables & was friendly even when some young baseball prayers explore an egg in the microwave. There was a sign there to say do not warm eggs in microwave.

First of all the hotel vibe checked us on our first night. The pipes bursted and flooded the first floor at 3am and everyone woke to alarms rushing us outside. Also this happened again on our last night there, with fire alarms blaring at night. Although my friends and I being the immature young adults we are kinda laugh back on it now. So if you want a thrill at midnight this is the hotel for you 😂. Twice in one four night stay 💅✨ that flood was epic 😎💀 As far as cleanliness, it’s an old building. Some rooms are cleaner than others. Thankfully our room was clean, but the other reviews suggest that others are not. Just be sure to do a thorough bed bug check first to see if yours is one of the clean rooms. If not, request another room (we were on the fourth floor and evaded the water damage 💅✨). As far as the parks it was rlly close and the drive was nice. Would I stay again? Hell no, I’ve seen cleaner and the breakfast wasn’t great. Was it doable and fun while it lasted though? Yeahhhh 🤡

The hotel was not clean, and the continental breakfast left much to be desired! Not to forget a "fire drill at 10:45 pm that was a mess. Having the alarms in every room blaring and people running down the halls, yelling for everyone to exit the building, and go stand in the parking lot in our gowns and night clothes, while the fire department checked out the hotel! I was so asleep that it took me a little while to realize what was going on. I fell and skinned my elbow and hit my head on the wall. It was a horrible thing to go through after falling fast asleep several hours earlier, and then jolted out of bed with the fire alarms screaming non-stop! I will never go back to this hotel!I have always preferred Choice Hotels but I was thoroughly disappointed in the chaos that took place, only to have stand out in the chilly night air in night clothes for about 30 minutes, then having to get a new room key so we could get back in our room, and hopefully be able to get back to sleep after all the commotion! Stay away from this hotel!!!

Stayed here last night. Let me say you get what you pay for here. I got a great deal but the money saved didn’t compensate for the lack of enjoyment my wife and I got. Friendly front desk staff. The guy at the front was great. Got to our room and it smelled fine and was clean. So far, no issues. The bathroom was tiny and the floor had water damage and moved when you steps on the wooden planks. The tv was small and the picture quality was bad. Tons of snow/static on a majority of the channels. I called down to the front desk and the woman said “we don’t got nobody to fix that tonight.” 🙄 The bed was not good. Both mine and wife's backs were on fire when we woke up this morning. Sometimes it’s just better to spend more for a better quality room, even if it’s just for one night.

Un Hotel familiar, ,muy limpio con todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra visita a los parques, el desayuno esta incluido es un desayuno continental con varias opciones para quedar satisfecho, muy tranquilo para descansar al terminar nuestra jornada limpio y privado. fuimos en epoca de otoÑo y se empieza a sentir frio, usamos la piscina un momento la cual estaba muy limpia pero fria. no pudimos aprovechar este espacio.por demas una muy buena ubicación a los parques mas importantes, al aeropuerto a 15 minutos y a varios establecimientos comerciales, walmart, gifts, restaurantes a una distancia no mayor a 10 minutos. muy agradecidos por el trato. Aunque es un tema muy personal considero que las alfombras de los cuartos deberían ser reemplazadas por piso de tableta o madera algo que provea la sensación de mas limpieza, porque son alfombras oscuras y aunque este limpias no danesa sensación de limpieza. Un lugar con excelente atención y servicio. Mi habitación es pequeña, pero muy confortable. Tiene lo que necesito durante mi visita ya que mis actividades son fuera del hotel y cuando regreso por la noche, encuentro limpieza, orden y mucho confort. Lo único que me pareció sin variedad, fue el desayuno(aunque ya conozco la cadena y así es en todos). Yo regreso a esta cadena por su costo- beneficio, favorable al visitante además de la calidez del servicio.
