Só a localização é boa, o resto não vale o que custa. Reservei por 5 dias, mas sai logo depois da primeira noite. O quarto é horrível, o travesseiro duro como nunca vi, o banheiro cheira mal, o chão parece sujo e as toalhas são muito velhas... Para completar, o atendimento da recepção não é nada simpático. O Wifi tem que ser pago e não funciona nos quartos. Um horror!

Não recomendo, passei lá 3 noites ,colchão ruim, cafe da manhã limitado, as paredessão de gesso , ouvindo todos sons vindo dos outros quartos , o quarto é muito antigo, banheiro antigo e ruim que fica com cheiro do retorno da fossa, a janela é muito próxima das outras janelas e muitos fumam (mesmo com a proibição do hitel) cigarro e maconha, que o cheiro acaba invadindo seu quarto.Localização excelente. Perto de TUDO.Tirando isso eis minha nota tão baixa.Nota 1

Muito bem localizado, perto das Ramblas, o hotel Rialto tem bons quartos, climatizados, bom sinal wi-fi e televisão. De realçar, o pequeno almoço é muito bom, tem de tudo para todos os gostos.

Um bom lugar para ficar, bem localizado,com muitos lugares para se alimentar, limpo. O café da manhã é simples mas o necessário para iniciar o dia alimentado. Só senti falta de um frigobar no quarto. Recomendo.

Hotel bem localizado! Ótimo café da manhã (o local do café parece uma adega antiga de vinho muito legal)!!! Os quartos deixam a desejar, bem pequenos e de aparência antiga! O banheiro é bom e espaçoso! (quase do tamanho do quarto) Tudo bem limpo!!!

Hotel confortável e bem localizado. Dá para passear a pé por quase todos os pontos turísticos mais famosos. É uma caminhada de 3km até a Igreja Sagrada Família, mas muita agradável pelas ruas de Barcelona.

Alguns prós e contras. Ao mesmo tempo que o hotel é bem localizado em relação a alguns pontos importantes de Barcelona, seu acesso é inviável para ônibus e, como estávamos em grupo, tivemos que andar cerca de 400 m carregando nossas bagagens. O hotel parece um labirinto e demanda alguma paciência para localizar o quarto e as saídas para escadas e elevadores. Mas é bem charmoso e o local onde é servido o café da manhã é bem pitoresco, remontando às tabernas antigas.

Minha estadia foi perfeita! todos nos recepcionaram muito bem! quarto limpo,lindo e aconchegante.Ótima localização,a noite dá para fazer passeios a pée comvários lugares próximo para se deliciar com a comida local :) foi simplesmente perfeito!!recomendo!!

Had money stolen from the safe on the last night there. Didn't discover it until we were leaving. Reception staff just laughed when we told them. As if it was a regular occurrence.

Buen hotel situado en muy buen lugar. Tiene alguna pega. Las calles del barrio gótico son siempre muy concurridas. Muy ruidosas. Debéis comprar taponcillos de silicona para que el ruido no os amargue el sueño. Otro punto a dejar claro es la cocina del hotel. El personal es muy atento y profesional. Pero os aconsejo que no comáis allí. No me gustó nada. Rebozados, salsas con mucho aceite y sin etiquetas que indiquen que es lque hay en cada plato. No lo encontré saludable.

Un hotel típico para delegaciones con una ubicación excelente. Buena atención. Habitaciones demasiado usadas, con poca renovación pero usables. Los pasillos de las habitaciones horribles, en algunos casos, un verdadero laberinto angosto.

Lo único que destaco del hotel es la ubicación (en pleno casco histórico) y la amabilidad de las chicas del desayuno. Por lo demás, no repetiré: me he alojado en dos ocasiones diferentes y la experiencia ha sido más que mejorable. Hotel laberíntico para llegar a una habitación más que desfasada y con claras necesidades de arreglo. Aunque lo que más me molesto es la limpieza (en las dos ocasiones) así como la atención del hotel en mi segunda estancia. Resulta que la ventana de mi habitación no cerraba y tuve que dormir con ella abierta dado que, al pedir cambio de habitación, la respuesta recibida fue “están todas igual” ... sin comentarios 😱😱

No warning at all when booking that there is construction inside the hotel going on all day from 9 am to 8 pm. I had a huge bang bang in the wall. I could not get any rest during the day especially when I needed a late morning. At night was ok. They should warn and give a discount during their construction season. The rest was ok.

Friendly staff, rooms get cleaned every morning and simple and easy check-in check-out process. Be aware that all hotels charge you a 'tourist tax' upon arrival, it's not much but thought I'd put it out there. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options available.

Decor of reception area is upmarket, however rooms are pretty basic but decent. Can't complain for the price. Some of the reviews say the rooms are small, however my room was quite big and roomy. On the downside, there's usually dodgy looking people hanging about in the night in this area looking to sell stuff. However, there are security guards in the hotel and the hotel generally feels safe. Perfect location as many sightseeing places are close by and subway is literally round the corner. Would use again.

Stayed one night. Good location. Nice lobby but room was so dated. There was also a bad smell in the room. Room was big. No toiletries apart from hand soap and a tiny satchet of body wash which wasn't enough even to wash my face let alone my body and I'm not big. They have about 60 rooms possibly but only one iron to share and surprise surprise it was broken. What that shows is a lack of care for the customer. For £70 a night I would certainly expect a lot more.

when booking was made I booked a double room 6mths before travelling on arrival at hotel we were checked in and then as we got our room keys we were instructed it was a twin room and we could approach the reception the following morning to see if there was a double room available . once in our room the furniture looked like the guy jaws from James Bond had been in the room as the furniture had big cuts out round the edge , also the shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor . on departure we checked out and staff have no communication skills they took the keys off me and turned their back and started talking to their colleague . not only this a lot of taxis transferring you from the airport wont stop at the hotel , they dropped us on the main road and pointed up a side street and said your hotel down there 20minute walk and my wife's on crutches not a good advert . wouldn't go back to this hotel

Nice location, just few steps from La Rambla. The rooms are small and bathroom is really tiny, but it's fine, if you only sleep there. Friendly staff

Inmejorable situación, al lado de las Ramblas y plaza San Jaime. Desayuno buffet completo y variado. Habitación pequeña pero suficiente, en mi opinión no se necesita más. Baño con ducha ideal. Relación calidad precio perfecta. Volveremos.

El hotel esta bien ubicado una vez que te encuentras orientado, el desayuno excelente y muy bonito, la vista de las habitaciones mantienen el estilo gótico. Sin embargo hay muy mala señal de wi-fi, los ascensores parecen que están a punto de caerse y el servicio de limpieza viene cuando quiere y te deja la basura en la habitación.

Hotel lindo y bien ubicado en el corazón del Barrio Gótico. Habitaciones y baños cómodos, servicio de lavandería, desayuno. Lo único malo que destaco del lugar es que al dirigirse al comedor para desayunar, el olor a fritura se vuelve intolerable. A pesar de eso, la comida es rica y hay variedad

Not sure why people complain about this hotel. It doesn’t claim to be a luxury spa retreat, so why review it like one? The location is amazing and we were lucky to have a small balcony area overlooking the busy street below. It is as loud as you would expect from living in a city centre, however we had no issues sleeping. The windows are double glazed and so you can soon turn the sound down by closing the windows. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with any questions you may have. The room itself is as some people have said, not the most modern, but it was cleaned daily and was perfect for a long weekend away! For the price this hotel is amazing!

Great location with easy access to metro stations, quick walk to the beach, and lots of nearby food options. Room was small but nice. Unfortunately no frig and the safe costs 2€ a night. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating even at 0600. I'd stay here again. Reminder - king beds are two twins pushed together.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy concurrida y céntrica de Barcelona, que está muy buen para disfrutar del turismo pero dificulta un poco los accesos por carretera. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero acojedoras aunque soy consciente de que no son todas iguales, aunque por contraste, el baño está muy bien. La mayoría de las habitaciones dan a la calle, demasiado concurrida y ruidosa, o dan a parar a un patio interior en el que se oye al resto de huéspedes. La comida es un punto a favor, aunque es bastante desagradable las limitaciones de variedad de menú que nos ofrecen. El servicio de habitaciones, a pesar de la poca ocupación mientras me alojé allí, se notaba bastante poco profesional aunque casi siempre cumplían con su función. A pesar de todo, me pareció un poco escasa la valoración de 3 estrellas que tiene.

Not able to recommend this place. The first room we had smelled weird, like mold. We were able to change our room which we ofcourse thank the staff of the hotel. The rooms were not clean and were in desperate need of renovation. Air conditioner worked too well and it was freezing inside the room. The bed was hard so all the pregnant ladies out there - this is not your choice. The location of the hotel is a definite bonus - easy access! We ended up changing the hotel in the middle of the week. Just for you to consider - the hotel is not what it looks in the photos.

Very convenient location, and cheap price. Only stayed one night and was very happy about that. Pretty strong sewer smell in room so had to keep the windows open most of the time and the bed was not very comfortable. Room was dated and in need of some upkeep.

Buen hotel. La locación es excelente. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El desayuno podría ser mejor si las camareras no estuvieran todo el tiempo observando e intentando limpiar tu mesa para que termines lo mas rápido posible.
