“The interior of the hotel was very clean. The amenities and room provided were a great value for the nightly rate. Centrally located. Issue is that (like most hotels right in middle of the city!) you have to double park to load/unload, which isn't always fun.”

“I stay in Marriott/Sheraton properties 50+ nights a year and this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Computer system was down at check in. 75+ people crammed in the lobby trying to check in. Staff was not friendly. Elevator was leaking water from the ceiling & rooms were sub par at best. 2 days later when I went to check out and get a copy of my room bill, their system was still down. Was supposed to stay here again in a few weeks but I cancelled and will find something else because clearly they can't get this place operating properly.”
