“I don’t usually write reviews but I would like to warn the public that this place is horrible. I am traumatized and disgusted by this establishment. The staff are hostile and dangerous. If there is an issue that requires upper management the entire hotel will become unresponsive in attempt to avoid involving their supervisors. They may threaten you, if they think you will complain to their managers. Don’t ever step foot in this place. It only looks good but the business acumen and professionalism, customer service are all non existent. It’s a no star hotel. Never again. I purchased the most expensive room at this hotel, penthouse suite one, and I was treated poorly from start to finish. I was not shown hospitality. I was threatened and bullied. I was never offered any real assistance. I was scared of what would happen next at such a place. I am still dealing with the aftermath of staying here. The staff here hate their job and they act like angry police officers instead concierges and guest services reps. Stay far away. FAR away. I have never been so humiliated in my life.”
