“First of all, there were roaches in my room immediately upon entry. My door handle didn’t work, likely because the door had been broken down by the police so many times. Not only did the handle never work the entire duration of my stay, but the door was so bad there was visible sunlight coming into the door through the door jam. There was mold on the AC unit. The facility looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. The pillows on the bed were a quarter the size of a normal pillow. There was a TV but no remote. The hotel said that some amenities were canceled however they still had listed breakfast and shuttle to the same parts, however when I asked about the breakfast the man at the front desk told me that they haven’t had breakfast for eight months. I left a few items in my room, and I called every day asking if they had found my Items, per their instructions, and every day I was told that they hadn’t cleaned the room. I went on the last day of my trip to the hotel to ask if they had any of my stuff or if they had found it to which they replied no. There’s no way that they didn’t have my stuff because that was the only place that I stayed and I know for a fact that I do not have my items with me so, there’s that. honestly I could keep going, but I think you get the point. Avoid this hotel at all costs it’s not worth it no matter how good the prices, the Motel 6 across the street is WAY better and usually cheaper than this one. I feel like I should have a refund for this stay because it was completely awful. The only good thing was the one guy on my first night, he was nice, other than that, location was good but there’s literally hotels everywhere near the parks so just go somewhere else this place should be torn down.”

“I have been for 3 nights . My room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner work perfectly. When I got there my room was really comfortable. The hotel well located , is really easy to take a bus , if you came from Orlando Airport you can take the bus 52 and you drop off really close to the hotel . There are so many grocery stores near , including IHOP , Walgreens , Seven Eleven and other restaurant. It’s well located . If you are going to the parks , it’s perfect . And all the staff are really police and helpful.”
