Ótimo hotel. Atendimento e quartos muito bons. Tem uma vista maravilhosa. Tem um bar aberto ao público na parte inferior do hotel.

Atendimento de primeira, quarto espaçoso, ótima localização. Ar/aquecedor barulhento.

A maior vantagem é que você pode ir para a Grand Central em 5 minutos a pé. A maioria das atrações de Manhattan pode ser alcançada de metrô sem alterações. Havia uma parada de ônibus do aeroporto ao lado do Grand Central Terminal, por isso era muito conveniente mesmo quando vinha do aeroporto. As principais atrações de Nova York, como Times Square, Empire State Building, Macy's Department Store e Koreantown estão a 15 minutos a pé. Se você for a Shim Shim enquanto estiver visitando as ruas, poderá caminhar até o Central Park. Não existem outros supermercados em todo o mundo, como Wenger Burger, Five Guys, McNale, Chipole e Starbucks. Acima de tudo, era bom ter um parque agradável e atrações turísticas como o Bryant Park e a Biblioteca Pública de Nova York a uma caminhada de 10 minutos. Se você estiver com pressa de sair do banheiro, a localização é tão rápida que você pode ir ao hotel. Havia uma equipe aterrorizante na entrada do hotel (eu nem sabia que era um funcionário no momento), mas era muito amigável e gentil. Doutor 100000% !!

Todo mundo foi absolutamente incrível. O check-in foi fácil. O check-out foi mais fácil. 20 minutos de times sq. Está em um local perfeito. O quarto era ótimo. No entanto, eu teria preferido uma geladeira que poderíamos realmente usar e microondas. Acontece que você teve que solicitar um micro-ondas antes do check-in. Toda a sua foi uma ótima experiência. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente

Hotel muito bom, com apartamentos espaçosos e próximo das atrações. Localização boa, há poucas quadras da estação central, se não forem muitas malas é possível ir a pé. Próximo de várias atrações. O chuveiro não tinha box e às vezes molhava o chão do banheiro. Muitas lojas de conveniência por perto. E também muitas opções para café da manhã.

Good location, friendly staff. Rooms are good size, but a little dingy and worn. Bathroom reeked. We were told at check-in we could get a rollaway bed but when we called they refused to give us one. Also, thin walls. Not my favorite NYC hotel experience. Would not stay here again.

Las fotos de la web son mentira. El hotel es viejo y está sucio. La habitación es oscura y bastante deprimente. No tiene nada interesante, tampoco hay restaurante ni servicio de habitaciones. La atención es inexistente. Decrépito

excelente ubicación puedes ir y venir del JFK en el air busya que el paradero es a una cuadra del hotel.Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y cerca tienen un Dinner para desayunar.Lo recomiendo al 100%.

Old. Dated. Tired. I've never stayed in NYC before. I imagined it costing a lot more. I guess this would be considered a budget hotel. For that I'm delighted that we had a bug-free option! The description online was nothing like reality. It is basic and plain, and gave us a place to shower and sleep. For whatever reason they "upgraded" us to a two room suite. One room had decor, the other didn't. There was a massive headboard covered in velvet fabric. I have a dust allergy so I'm pretty sure that, and the old carpet, contributed to my sinus flare-up. I did sleep well; the mattress and pillows were great. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned well. We called to have it cleaned after the maids had already been through. You can see the Chrysler Building from the room, but can enjoy it due to the dirt and grime on the windows.

Hotel muy bien situado , cerca de todas las atracciones de la ciudad de nueva , al lado de la estación central. Puedes y andando a muchos sitios y el metro muy cerca del Hotel. El Hotel es relativamente moderno y con las habitaciones muy espaciosas al menos la que nos asignaron a nosotros.No esperes la calidad de los hoteles de España pero este estaba bien. Yo lo recomiendo

No es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero sus habitaciones son bien cómodas y limpias. Además el personal es amable y cuentan con excelente ubicación.

We got a great deal on this hotel which is the only reason we stayed.The room was spacious but desperately in need of a thorough cleaning.My husband and I were both pretty grossed out by the old, stained carpeting and general wear and tear of the furnishings.This hotel could be spectacular if it got an overall refresh with new carpeting and a good cleaning.We will not be staying here again, despite the good deals.

The only good thing about this "hotel" was the location. It is certainly not a 4 star hotel as is is being advertised as. The hotel lobby is small, the front desk seems under staffed, and to rooms are older and dimly lit. Our first room the air conditioner wasn't working, they tried to fix it for us, but the electric fuse kept tripping so they gave us a different room. The new room AC worked but now toilet wouldn't flush. Had to call and they sent maintenance up to fix the toilet. He said the building plumbing is old. Later when we showered the tub barely drained so we were standing in a pool of water 4 inches deep while showing. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay. Hotel refused to refund us or cancel our stay, otherwise we would have booked a different hotel. Do yourself a favor, pay a little bit more and get a much better hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. During the check in the staff set the mood as friendly and helpful and that sentiment held true during our stay.I had called ahead and requested our room be near our friends who were also staying there.I also requested a room with a view and the staff was very happy to grant our request.The room was nice and the bed comfortable along with the pillows.The room was clean and had a home style feel.Every time I interacted with the staff they were so polite and helpful.It was a short walk to grand central and I would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The location is in Midtown and very convenient. I reserved a Superior King room for 2 nights, and it was great! The room was very spacious, had a chaise, as well as a little bar area. The service was great as well. I called down for slippers, and they brought a pair up promptly.

We had a few problems with the room (especially the down feather-top that they have between the sheets and the mattress), but the management staff was very quick to resolve the issue by moving us to a new room.Due to a lack of availability at The Court, they moved us to The Tuscany at no extra charge.If you are looking for a 4-5 star hotel then I would recommend spending the extra money to stay at the Tuscany, but if price is more of an issue than The Court will suit you well.I've given this review 5 stars only because the staff and management were incredibly accommodating but I think to call it a 4 star hotel is not accurate by my standards.Trust me, stay at the Tuscany.
