Eu realmente queria dar a este hotel uma avaliação de 5 estrelas, mas alguns problemas que eu vi:1. Bebidas no bar da piscina são $ 15+, uma salada com proteína é $ 26 e não há opções sem glúten. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa, mas não sei se a gerência entende que, se os preços subirem, a demanda diminuirá. Você prefere que cada convidado compre várias bebidas a preços razoáveis ou pague um pouco mais por uma ou talvez nenhuma porque o preço os desencoraja? Eu teria gasto mais dinheiro no The Grove se não fosse tão insanamente caro.2. Houve uma grande festa de convidados na piscina da família e eles estavam tocando música explícita, gritando e as crianças estavam gritando e tentando empurrar uns aos outros na piscina, brincando com pistolas de água e molhando outros convidados. Eu vi várias pessoas saindo como resultado. Mesmo depois de reclamar, o hotel não abordou o problema para garantir a diversão de todos os hóspedes.3. Construção em cima do meu quarto no meio do dia quando eu estava tentando tirar uma soneca. Os hóspedes pagam para desfrutar de ficar aqui dia e noite. Eu entendo que nem sempre pode ser evitado, mas se você for atrapalhar, talvez faça o check-in com os convidados ao redor da sala para coordenar um bom momento para começar a martelar.Em suma, acho que poderia haver outros lugares mais vale o dinheiro gasto.

I really wanted to give this hotel a 5 star review, but a few issues I’ve seen: 1. Drinks at the pool bar are $15+, a salad with protein is $26 and no gluten free options. Staff is really friendly and attentive but idk if management understands that if pricing goes up, demand will decrease. Would you rather each guest buys several reasonably priced drinks or pay a little more for one or maybe none at all because the pricing deters them? I would have spent more money at The Grove if it weren’t so insanely overpriced. 2. There was a large party of guests at the family pool and they were playing explicit music, yelling and the kids are screaming and trying to push each other in the pool, playing with squirt guns and getting other guests wet. I saw several people leave as a result. Even after complaining, the hotel didn’t address the issue to ensure enjoyment for all guests. 3. Construction above my room in the middle of the day when I was trying to take a nap. Guests pay to enjoy staying here day and night. I understand it can’t always be avoided but if you’re going to disrupt maybe check in with the guests around that room to coordinate a good time to start hammering away. All in all, I think there could be other places more worth the money spent.

In my honest opinion, the absolute best deal for a hotel downtown Waikiki... upscale, clean, no crowds, friendly staff, easy parking and great pools. Perfect boutique hotel that puts you downtown but away from the hoards of people. The poolside food is good, staff was wonderful and it was a great place to be based out of.

Lindo hotel com boa comida, embora um pouco caro. Ótimos quartos com belas vistas. Piscinas agradáveis com uma seção apenas para adultos, se você estiver fugindo das crianças. Serviço de bar. Praia muito próxima, embora estivesse muito movimentada. Ficaria aqui novamente e eu recomendaria.

Se hospedado por uma semana para meu aniversário e nosso aniversário(meados de fevereiro semana). Meu marido e eu adoramos nossa estadia! Excelente localização, funcionários simpáticos, os quartos eram limpos, passarela privada para a praia. Belo pôr do sol à beira da piscina! Fácil acesso a ônibus da cidade, se necessário, uma caminhada até o shopping. Tivemos que ligar para a recepção algumas vezes para pedir toalhas que eles entregaram rapidamente! Amor que eles têm um frigorífico e microondas nos quartos. A única coisa é que eles NÃO puderam honrar nosso pedido de check-out tardio, nosso voo era às 18h. Confira 10h. No entanto, eles armazenaram nossa bagagem para que não tivéssemos que carregar isso o dia todo. Sugestões: 1. Estender o tempo de check-out 2. Banheiros fixos, privacidade necessária! 3. Levante e conserte as camas (colchão em cima de uma tábua de madeira, com cantos inferiores de alguma forma afiados) - eles são muito baixos. Nós com certeza ficaríamos novamente, espero que até lá, todos os quartos serão como o recém-reformado.

A localização era ótima e a equipe foi amigável o suficiente. As comodidades eram precárias. Sem arrumação. Tivemos que pedir e trocar nossos próprios lençóis. Tivemos que pedir constantemente toalhas limpas. Os pisos ficaram sujos muito rápido com toda a entrada e saída da piscina e da praia (piscina e bar eram realmente muito bons) e eles não ficavam limpos ou tiravam o lixo. Ficamos aqui por uma semana! Definitivamente não parecia um hotel 4 estrelas. I sentida como 4 estrelas resort taxas e tem orçamento cortar acomodações de canto. Não estou impressionado.

Eu voo para o Havaí todos os anos no meu aniversário, e essa foi uma das minhas estadias favoritas! A melhor parte deste hotel é a área da piscina. Os barmen e servidores são muito divertidos e educados! Eles fizeram minha viagem de aniversário aqui incrível, eu realmente sinto falta deles! O próprio hotel está localizado em uma localização privilegiada e os quartos são bons. A comida aqui também é ótima! Se você quer um dia de praia/piscina e não tem vontade de ir a lugar nenhum, pode garantir honestamente que terá ótima comida, bebidas e serviço no seu hotel, além de que há uma pequena praia a uma curta caminhada logo atrás da piscina. Definitivamente, eu recomendaria ficar aqui se você estiver em Honolulu e espero voltar este ano para o meu aniversário quando voltar.

The location was great and staff was friendly enough. The amenities were poor. No housekeeping. We had to ask for and change our own sheets. We had to constantly call for fresh towels. Floors got dirty pretty quick with all the in and out from the pool and beach (pool and bar were actually quite nice) and they wouldn’t come clean or take out trash. We stayed here for a week! Definitely didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. I felt like we paid 4 star resort fees and got budget cut corner accommodations. Not impressed.

Stayed for a week for my birthday and our anniversary(mid Feb week).My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Great location, friendly staff, rooms were clean,private walkway to the beach. Beautiful sunsets just by the pool! Easy access to city busses if need be, a walk to the mall. We had to call front desk couple times to ask for towels which they delivered fast! Love that they have a fridge and microwave in the rooms. The only thing is that they could NOT honor our request for a late checkout, our flight was 6pm. Check out 10am. However they stored our luggage so we didn't have to carry that around all day. Suggestions: 1.Extend checkout time 2. Fix bathrooms, privacy needed!! 3. Raise and fix beds(mattress on top of a wooden board, with somehow sharp bottom corners) - they are very low. We would definitely stay again,hopefully by then, all rooms will be like the newly renovated.

Beautiful hotel with great food, although a little expensive. Great rooms with beautiful views. Nice pools with an adults only section if you're getting away from the kids. Bar service. Beach very nearby although it was very busy. Would stay here again and I would recommend it.

I fly to Hawaii every year for my birthday, and this was one of my favorite stays! The best part of this hotel is the pool area. The bartenders and servers are so much fun and so polite! They made my birthday trip here amazing, I truly do miss them! The hotel itself is located in a prime location and the rooms are nice. The food here is great too! If you want a beach/pool day and don’t really feel like going anywhere you can honestly assure that you’ll have great food, drinks and service right at your hotel, plus there’s a small beach a short walk right behind the pool. I Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re going to be in Honolulu and I hope to return this year for my birthday when I come back.

Boa localização, hotel "meh".Os quartos eram apertados e o banheiro tinha duas grandes venezianas que iam do chão ao teto, de onde você podia ouvir qualquer coisa, o que era estranho. As camas eram minúsculas e o quarto ficava no lado menor. Eles cobram $ 25 por noite para estacionamento íngreme. Eles também cobraram uma taxa de comodidade (cerca de US $ 50 por dia) para as comodidades diárias, mas a piscina estava fechada e não havia nenhuma limpeza diária devido à pandemia. Era um hotel bom, provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente, mas fez o trabalho.

Bonito hotel boutique. Excelente localização à direita da praia. Bom bar e restaurante. Infelizmente, o bar do lobby “o estudo” não está mais aberto. Nós apreciamos usando a piscina rasa apenas para adultos. Nenhum serviço de limpeza durante a nossa estadia devido ao Covid. Nenhum cobertor fornecido nos quartos até solicitado. As camas eram feitas apenas com lençóis. Quarto de hotel era muito limpo e renovado. Banheiros agradáveis, funcionários simpáticos. Pequenas melhorias recomendadas, como fornecer cobertores aos hóspedes. Ficaria novamente.

Good location, "meh" hotel.The rooms were tight and the bathroom had two large floor-to-ceiling shutters where you could hear anything in the bathroom, which was weird. The beds were tiny and the room was on the smaller side. They charge $25 per night for parking which is steep. They also charged an amenity fee (around $50 per day) for the daily amenities, but the pool was closed and there wasn't any daily housekeeping due to the pandemic. It was an okay hotel, probably wouldn't stay here again but it did the job.

Cute boutique hotel. Great location right off of the beach. Good bar and restaurant. Unfortunately the lobby bar “the study” is no longer open. We enjoyed using the adults only wading pool. No housekeeping services during our stay due to Covid. No blankets provided in the rooms until requested. Beds were made with just sheets. Hotel room was very clean and renovated. Nice bathrooms, friendly staff. Minor improvements recommended such as providing guests with blankets. Would stay again.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y a pesar de ser un 4 estrellas y pedirte desde que llegas a Hawaii todas las pruebas covid negativas, y el test del estado, este hotel no te hace la habitación ningún día, y si lo pides tampoco te la hacen ya que son medidas anticovid tomadas por el hotel. Solo te dejan en la puerta de la habitación una cesta con sábanas y toallas para que lo hagas tú. Una Vergüenza para lo que pagas y las estrellas que tienen En el hotel el personal no es agradable

Great hotel! The rooms are clean and, well, modern. The room service was at our room in about only 5 minutes while we’re on floor 9! Beds are so comfortable you never want to leave, great quality. I slipped into the pool and it wasn’t cold despite it being about 70 degrees. It wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but I enjoyed the day beds. I ordered a slider and some fries with lemonade, the food was pretty standard though I must mention they do not include much sugar in the lemonade, quite bitter. They provide dozens of towels. Great location, right next to high quality restaurants and shops. Complaint: WiFi so slow and always disconnecting me! I assume there are tons of guests connected, but it disconnects me in the middle of things, and it’s so slow! Just resorted to cellular data. The check-out time is also by 10am, so when we were leaving at 9:30, it was packed, everybody hustling and trying to leave. Nice people. Overall 4 star hotel, enjoyed my stay.

Fuy a comer a un restaurante estilo buffet que tenia comida rica! El cangrejo con mantiquella era la cosa mas mejor. La bebida estaban buenisima tambien. Esta en un locacion bonita tambien que se llama los 100 lagos. Todo bello.

Si buscas un lugar para venir a Honolulu les recomiendo este hotel ...! Llegamos al hotel y nos Antendiero súper amigable y muy profesionales. La habitación súper confortable, con todo los accesorios nesesarios para hacer sentir como en casa , quede fascinado con mihabitación con vista al mar . La playa está a 5 minutos del hotel caminando y también cuenta con 2 piscina para comodidad de los huéspedes , El hotel está serca de restaurantes ,bars y otras tiendas para uso personal . Este lugar se los recomiendos uno de mis favoritos hasta este momento.
