I am gonna rate is as 3 stars. Roof terrace looks nice on pictures but in reality ain't that good. Couple times room service didn't come until 6pm! Outrageous! Room was nice but overpriced for mid September. Reception very nice and polite, willing to help with absolutely everything! Visit was nice but will not come back

I have stayed at "Two by Axel" Barcelona in the past and had a very good stay. My experience today is not good my room # 303 is very hot 25 C / 77F degrees this is not acceptable. The AC person has been to my room 303 twice it's still not working. I have spent the last 5 hours sitting in my room trying to work and sweating. I have called and been to the front desk who have been very nice and friendly many times without any results. It's hot and I am not happy!

Good location... and that’s all. Noisy. The rooms design is soo modern (no closet space) that there is no space to hang your clothes. Nice pool. I would never go back.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed there last week for 5 nights, what an amazing experience from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. Rooms were very fancy and the rooftop pool was amazing. The staff could not do enough for u esp Jorge he was so nice and friendly. I'll most definitely be going back to this hotel.
