“Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Rooms are extremely outdated. The tv was from 2005, reception was horrible. Barely watchable. The bed was like an old spring mattress, very uncomfortable. Bathroom also outdated with terrible shower. The rooftop is nothing like the pictures. Small pool, old furniture, loud and terrible music. Just really disappointing if you’re expecting a 4 star experience. On a positive note, the staff was really friendly and helpful and we canceled our reservation.”

“This hotel has a great breakfast. Very clean. It’s an older hotel but has been restored to super condition. Been here a week now only one negative thing. No one smokes at hotel or in beach chair area. Today two people smoking in front row in beach area and smoke is coming through the beach chair area. Suggestion would b make a smoking section in back area or no smoking in beach section. This hotel is the best and one more week to go. 🇧🇷👍👍 I would definitely come back!!
