“Good. I am going to lose a few things that hold this back from being great. First off the kiddie pool which looked awesome was getting re done so we had zero access to it. The restaurants inside grand Floridian are borderline inedible. We tried some pasta there and we just had to get something else to eat when we left. They have the monorail but everyday there was a note saying how it wasn't working. It wasn't going to Epcot at all during our stay. They also stuck us in building 8. If you have small kids I would not stay here. I would look for a more kid friendly place. This hotel is very clean and the people are nice but not a fan of the food here and just no kid friendly things.”

“Though I've visited this hotel many of times, I have never stayed in a room here. I've often visited for a meal or to see the holiday decorations. Grand Floridian is located along the Monorail line so it is super easy to stop in and immerse yourself in the elegant atmosphere. During the holidays, you can catch the multi-floor Christmas tree, beautiful decor and massive Gingerbread house. You can even buy some sweet treats at the Gingerbread House. This is a perfect spot for photos with friends and loved ones, maybe even to capture a family photo for the Holiday card. Be sure to also catch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the dock.”
