“The Staff ; Courteous and Professional. Did not like paying for parking every 24 hours. . I couldn't tip the staff. My Sister and I stayed 2 nights. The Parking sucks!!! I'll be mailing tips to the housekeeper on 8th floor, the 2 Ladies that host the Dining Area. They were Efficient, Professional with a friendly smile.😊 " Keep up the good work!!!"🤗”

“the rooms are clean and nice. But the real draw is the staff. they are all the best. I checked in with Kyle (I'm pretty sure that's his name) and he is very soft spoken but super sweet. we decided to stay an extra day because of a storm. Patrick and Kyle made sure our room was clean and ready by noon so we just had to switch rooms and not pack up our stuff in the car and come back at 3. that night we stayed in a room next to a barking dog, we talked to the front desk, I didn't want to fuss because I love dogs, but they were so nice April, Makayla and Dre got us a new room on the same floor that was nice and quiet and comfortable. 5 stars for all the staff. lovely. :)”
