“3 stars due to the rock solid mattress in the room, the outdated room inferiors, as well as the poor housekeeping staff who left a large clearly visible hamburger box next to my night stand. If they missed that what else was not cleaned correctly. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as can be. This has to be one of the oldest Hampton inns I have been to. Please invest in updates. The old stained cloth chairs and quick fix charging stations on the night stands are for Motels not a Hilton chain.”

“I would like to preface my review with the fact that I had no issue with the quality of room and the shape of the hotel. This review focuses on customer service, specifically applying to the blocking off rooms for reservations for guests who are attending a local wedding. We used this hotel for our recommended hotel for guests attending our summer 2022 wedding, which required several rooms to be blocked off and booked. The rooms themselves were large and comfortable. The hotel appeared clean and the continental breakfast was convenient. My largest complaints were with the management of this process. It was extremely hard to get into contact with the manager, who was the only person on staff that I could talk with regarding our reservation. I would have emails going days without being responded to and was often unable to reach the manager by phone. Another huge frustration was I specifically called and reserved a room for grandparents with accessibility needs. I was told that we had booked an accessible room for them. Upon their arrival to the hotel the day before our event, they were told that those rooms were already taken, like on a 1st come 1st served basis, even though the room had already been reserved with a credit card weeks before. This was incredibly frustrating to hear as this impacted the stay and the accessibility of those with mobility needs. As a bride, I worked with many different vendors and communicated with so many amazing individuals. Unfortunately this hotel was really the only negative experience we had and I would caution others planning to block off rooms here to ask lots of questions and make sure their needs are being met.”
