Ibas only going to stay for 2 days of my trip. Ended up staying for the whole time. I enjoy the hotel. I received one of the best massages I’ve ever had. After spending most time at the Pool bar, there was never a problem with the air conditioning or power. The food service is nice & it is available 24 hrs.. only downside is the room service kept coming in my room after I had the do not disturb sign out. This happened 3 times. Overall, 8/10. Will stay again. -Dennis P

Amazing amazing staff starting from the front desk to the housekeeping all over the hotel. I pass 20 day on Dominican Republic after stay on Sheraton, Resinnance (worst staff) I decided extend 2 more nights here I feel like home. The hotel has beautiful views of the ocean and the city. The common areas are well maintained, clean and there is a nice restaurant, bar, amazing room service and pool that you can sit in and watch the ocean as well as when having breakfast.

I made a reservation using booking.com and they told me I would not pay until checking in. I never checked in and I was charged anyways. I have contacted booking.com and they say it’s up to the hotel. This sounds like a scam already. I call the hotel phone number and no answers or days now. Booking.con told me the hotel would email me with a decision and it’s been a week and nothing. BE CAREFUL when booking. Extremely disappointed and having my money stolen.

Nice location, good rooms, excellent service. I spend a couple of days at the place and it was pretty decent. Definitely not the typical hotel in Santo Domingo. I was surprised by the quality of service and food preparation. Although it is a bit expensive I believe that it is worth to consider.
