“I just wanted to contact you regarding a wonderful associate you have in lost and found. Miriam is awesome, I was looking for my son’s lost football Jersey I left on a recent trip and unfortunately it was never found but she was very empathetic. I called twice and she provided me with a direct number and a time frame to check back with her. She then later took my number and thought to update me before her off days this week. It was very thoughtful of her to do that and I just want to say I really appreciate your staff and I would gladly visit your hotel again, everyone was very friendly. Also aside from this my family had a great time and good food options. The whole family was entertained. Thank you again.”
