Só tem a vista bonita. Os quartos são antigos mais de 20 anos. Não fizeram nada para mudar. O banheiro é horrível com mofo e a limpeza horrível sem contar que o chuveiro é dividido por cortina de plástico que fica grudando no corpo enquanto toma banho. As peças de metal tudo corroída pela maresia e não fizeram nada. Eles te colocam num quarto horrível e depois que reclama eles mudam para outro com vista para o mar. Para tentar te acalmar. Isso parece ser procedimento normal. A comida horrível tem que ser os primeiro se não fica com poucas opções, não saio de casa para comer macarrão e purê, além de ter Comida sem identificação. Tem que ficar adivinhando o que é. os restaurantes cheios com fila. Enfim não recomendo para ninguém. Não vale nenhuma estrela.

Lugar fantástico , vistas muito incríveis, quartos confortáveis e grandes , atrações boas , restaurantes divinos porém alguns pratos deixam a desejar e as sobremesas são secas (bolo seco, biscoitos secos e assim vai) a comida do self-service é boa, porém, achei que o molho era muito enjoativo conforme ia passando os dias (8 dias de estadia), os funcionários são de uma educação impecável, o serviço de limpeza do quarto é bem rápido.... Os drinks deixam a desejar, o único que gostei foi o "may taí", o restaurante tailandês não serviu coisas gostosas, o restaurante de frutos do mar (lá bruma) foi delicioso e para reserva-lo você precisa chegar na recepção pelo menos 15 min antes de abrir as reservas (8 AM) use e abuse da piscina natural que eles fornecem pq as praias tem muitas algas soltas e nisso deixam as águas meio turvas e a do hotel é extremamente transparente, por isso do nome (acuario) , dos passeios, faça o mergulho (buceo) e o parasail, a ilha acuario vale a pena passar um dia inteiro nela e Jhony Cay também, lá eles fazem pacotes para visitar as duas no mesmo dia, achei corrido mas valeu a pena e sem dúvida nenhuma visitem o lá regata , restaurante incrível .... Caso enjoem da comida, tem um restaurante que serve pizza depois da balada coco Loko..... Bom é isso..... Aprovo o resort e espero voltar em alguns anos...... Obs: fiquei no melhor quarto que foi o 103 da torre 1 , vista para o mar e discreto para as outras torres não verem o seu quarto e pertinho da água conforme as fotos

Excelente ambiente es muy amplio y con infinidad de espacios y actividades, perfecto para descansar y tomar el mejor tiempo para relajarse. También lleno de emociones, aventuras y alegrías.

Poca seguridad, nuestra luna de miel y primera noche fuimos abordados por personas ajenas del hotel ensus playas privadas.De no sospecharcosaspeligrosas pudimos ser víctimas de atraco.La experiencia que vende @decameron en seguridad y tranquilidad para sus huéspedes es la peor. No tienen control de la gente que entra a sus instalaciones, sean clientes o foráneos.Que mala experiencia. 😢😢😢

Muy agradable. Me asignaron una excelente habitación, amplia y cómoda con una vista de 180 grados al mar. Espectacular. La comida variada y abundante. Un poco demorado el servicio en los restaurantes por las restricciones de pandemia. Todo el personal usa tapabocas y lo exigen a los turistas.

Amazing resort that not many Americans know about. Service is excellent! Food is excellent! And the views are simply AMAZING! Come here and stretch your American dollars much further and have twice the vacation and twice the memories you could vacationing in the states. We loved everyone and everything and will be back next year! Thank you so much for an amazing experience; especially to Iris and Clara in food service who made us feel so welcome like family. :-)

Excelente experiência. O hotel foi construído de maneira que todos os quartos tem vista para o mar. Os quartos são simples, mas com bom espaço, confortaveis, com ar condicionado central e sempre muito limpos. Os funcionários, em sua maioria, são atenciosos e bem educados. Li em alguns comentários reclamações sobre a qualidade da comida e bebida, mas achei bastante satisfatórias. Pretendo voltar.

Excelente hotel y atención al cliente. Sus empleados son muy atentos y serviciales, lo hacen sentir como en casa. Sus comidas deliciosas, lugar hermoso y linda vista al mar. Recomendadisimo.

El hotel tiene una ubicación muy buena, en algunas habitaciones tiene vista al mar, me gustó la atención de los empleados, se esmeran por qué te sientas bien atendido, por pandemia tiene cerrada la discoteca y en las noches toca reservar la cena y es a la carta, considero que deben ampliar la variedad del menú de los buffet, el día de regreso solo tenían pollo y pescado para escoger. Lo mejor es la piscina natural del hotel se puede caretiar y ver muchas especies de peces.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 days 4 nights. THE Good The rooms have beautiful views and the rooms are spacious. However my room had a musty smell that lingered during the visit. In the room you will find a safe deposit box, a small fridge and a bottle of water which is refilled daily. I was travelling with a baby and they setup a playpan so my baby could sleep. The hotel is very close to a public beach and shopping area for those of you looking for those experiences. The bad: there are no elevators in the towers so if you have mobility issues request a room on the first floor. The hotel doesn't have a beach. Instead there are steps from the dock which lead you to the ocean. This may be an issue for some guests. The drinks are served in small paper cups ( I'm guessing because of COVID) but the cups basically dissolve in your hand which prompts you to drink faster. The drinks are however well made and have plenty of alcohol. The a la carte restaurants are hard to reserve particularly because it must be done online and using their network which is only available in the common areas and it's not very good. There are 4 a la carte restaurants for dinner, Italian seafood, Thai and international. I didn't try the Italian but all the other restaurants were just okay. I was disappointed because many of the dishes served are the same as the lunch buffet. I would say this is the main are of improvement needed at this hotel. I realize the following point is not important to some but it was a huge inconvenience during my visit. I am used to having a buffet dinner option at all inclusive resorts. Currently this hotel doesn't offer one, instead everyone must reserve at one of the restaurants. I was travelling with a baby that goes to bed at 7 pm so it was impossible for me to even complete the earliest sitting which is 630pm. I asked if I could take food to my room and was denied . If I wanted to eat I had to leave my baby with someone else and hope she didn't wake up. More flexibility is needed in this regard. I was not asking for room service I was asking to take my own food to my room. The service was inconsistent, sometimes good and at times rude. There is also a lack of attention to detail for example they consistently served us tintos with sugar yet no stirstick. Details like this are frustrating. For bfast we were often sat at a table setup for 4 when there were 5 of us yet we had to always ask for the extra utensils everyday. In summary I would not return I would try another resort because nothing at this place was outstanding.

Esse hotel é uma bomba! Atendimento ruim, quartos e demais ambientes sem manutenção , limpeza precária e sem o mínimo de acústica. Uma bagunça geral. Fiquei um dia e depois troquei para outro hotel da rede que é posso considerar um hotel 4 estrelas. Não recomendo. As fotos enganam demais.

Hotel muito bonito e bem cuidado, mas o staff não é bem preparado para lidar com outros turistas que não seja da própria Colômbia. Gastronomia muito fraca. All inclusive estranho e cheio de limitações. Wifi péssimo e pago. O cofre do quarto também é cobrado.

This place is overall great. When you enter the rooms are super close to the water, you have a amazing view, the dock is amazing, the food is delicious and the rooms are really nice.

Wonderful all-inclusive hotels. Not luxury but with all the amenities you can enjoy in the beach. Along with one of the most beautiful views and colors of the ocean.

A bit expensive for what really is... But this happens with all places in San Andres. Good location though. I have stayed here many times for full weeks and still seems better than the other Decameron hotels on the island. Food and drinks were better years ago.

This place is the best, not too expensive or cheap, it just good. It has a place where you can swim in sea water, also with small fishes. A place where you can eat a snack or have your lunch in the buffet. The pool has a bar and a stage where fun and dance begins. A good quality resort with an affordable price.#hotel #island #resort
