I do not recommend the rooms on the fifth floor (H5), because the noise from the chairs in the restaurant on the upper floor will not allow you to sleep well. Good food, nice view.

I stayed for seven nights at this hotel right after surgery. I required medical assistance from nurses for five days. I expected the nurses to enter the hotel as long as I permitted them. Unfortunately, I was told to pay 200.000 per person for those extra visitors. It was a shocking moment as I had never had such an experience in other hotels. I had to leave my room in pain to go to the front desk to resolve the issue. They told me I would get an exception for this time while it's minimum service for guests to enjoy their stay while they need special attention.
Later, I met Juan and Marco; they were very professional and helpful.

The Hotel was placed in the city party center, thus, there was a lot of noise. We barely slept, since the music from outside was too loud. It's seems like we were at the bar.

El lugar es encantador, como bien lo menciona su nombre es un hotel increíble, hermoso y lujoso. Está muy bien situado, a sus alrededores cuenta con gran comercio donde puedes encontrar el centro comercial vizcaya, Domino's pizza, restaurantes, bares, supermercados e innumerables comercios para pasar ratos agradables. El hotel cuenta con una terraza increíble, allí se hacen reuniones, festejos, matrimonios entre otras actividades, su gastronomía es super deliciosa y variada, sin duda es un lugar maravilloso que cuenta con espacio suficiente para disfrutar, además tiene una pista de baile donde lo ambientan con música variada y de buena calidad.Os Recomiendo Este encanto De hotel.

Honestamente no entre al hotel, fui a Sushi Train que está en el mismo piso del lobby, lo que alcance a ver era muy lindo, tiene tienda de artículos Colombianos, lobby se ve muy lindo con mucho lujo y aparentemente el servicio es muy bueno.

Muito boa atenção pessoal em geral, limpeza impecável. Mas antes de entregar a sala para observação, eles devem verificar se tudo está funcionando muito bem, inclusive o som. Como ficamos mais de uma hora a mais enquanto eles resolvem o problema, a entrega do café da manhã deve ter uma apresentação melhor, levando em consideração todos os protocolos.

Es un lugar ideal para realizar reuniones de trabajo, muy lindo y tranquilo, por su decoración y fuentes que transmiten paz. Hoy estuve en el coworking, aunque en otras ocasiones tambien he podido estar en los salones y restaurante. Puedes también consumir un break, un almuerzo, tomar un café o un vino.

Overall, the stay was good. I stayed for about a week. My biggest concern was that the check-in process took about 30-40 minutes for me and my four friends. There did not seem to be any sense of urgency with staff handling the check-in and check-out process. The housekeeping staff was the sweetest, and very attentive. You can't beat free breakfast, the breakfast was good and the waitstaff was always very accomodating. The rooms are spacious. For some reason, my Wi-Fi wouldn't work late night (around 1am-4am), although I am not sure if that was specific to my room. The jacuzzi is a great addition, with the most beautiful views of Medellin!

Nice hotel with a contribution to the native culture of Colombia. Unfortunately it’s a two star hotel masquerading as a 4. Front desk staff just checked me in with no explanation of the hotel and services. I had to remind them of the courtesy that should be provided. Once in the room there was no hot water and the bathroom sink faucet was broke and leaking all over the floor. I asked the morning receptionist to please fix. To no avail I asked again of the afternoon staff and said if they cannot fix to please move me to another real 4 star hotel. Returned later that evening to no action. Asked that the hotel manager come see me in the morning upon arrival. I am at breakfast and still no manager. Now I’ve spent more time than I care in third world countries so I am not opposed to a cold shower and standing water on the floors. But just don’t charge me a $150 a night for the experience.

Buen día, cómo huéspedes llegamos el día 19 Nov 2021 a eso de las 10 pm y se nos fue asignada la habitación 102, teniendo como pago 404.000; al llegar a la habitación encontramos: una botella de agua usada en la nevera, al lado de la cama izquierda residuos de uñas, no estaba bien tendida la cama , la puerta del closet no cerraba a lo que tuvimos que ponerle la mesa para que no molestará la luz de este. Así mismo cuando salimos desde recepción no se interesaron en saber nuestra experiencia ; por todo lo anterior quedamos totalmente INSATISFECHOS con el servicio y el precio , no lo recomendamos y no volveríamos.

Honestly, as a traveller I have been treated better; it is hard to coordinate flying time and “check in” in hotels so, if you check in time it’s at 3:00 pm but you flying time is at 10:00 pm on the same day and you arrive at 1:00 am next day, they might consider extend you stay o just not! Otherwise, they will charge full day or half, no matters it is fair or not!Beware! DO NOT TAKE THE DAMN CANDIES OR DRINKS from the room’s bars! Items are extremely expensive, you are being charged 5 times of its regular prices! I was very disappointed and even they tried to charged thinks that I did not consume, always request the list of thinks you have been taking!As I said, staffs are lovely but, when a business like “Diez Hotel” take advantage of people pockets, that’s very disappointing!

Great service, ambiance and rooms. Each floor is decorated with an area from Colombia. It is very authentic and with a great view of the city. Jacuzzi area is excellent. Different breakfasts every day. Don't forget to ask for the taxi service, it could be cheaper than an uber.

We stayed four nights and it was excellent. They had security box and n the room, the room was clean and spacious. Also, the front desk personnel was kind and willing to help us with different things. Don’t forget the buffet style breakfast, it was delicious! Great rate for the overall quality
