Estive neste hotel durante a minha lua de mel. O hotel é simplesmente um luxo! Quarto com muito espaço, todo novinho e com decoração de muito bom gosto. Internet super rápida e sistema de tv integrado com celular do hospede. Destaque para a piscina no terraço, de borda infinita, vista de tirar o fôlego, por do sol belíssimo e serviço de bartender. Localização super privilegiada, próximo à absolutamente tudo de SouthBeach.

Lugar lindo, super bem localizado, preços bem altos, tivemos probelma com o nosso carro. Estavamos achando que estavam usando nosso carro quando deixavamos estacionado, e compeovamos que tinham usado, poia tiramos fotos da quilometragem na hora de entregar e na hora de receber. Reclamamos e nao fizeram absolutamente nada.. Tivemos outro probelma em uma das noites, um hóspede embriagado acionou o alarme de incendio e o alarme tocou praticamente a madrugada inteira, seguida pelo comeco da manha, noite pessima.. e nenhuma satisfação foi dada.Enfim, lugar lindo, mas cheio de pequenos probelmas.

My wife and I just recently stayed at this hotel and I must say we really enjoyed our stay. I’m huge on reviews and I always say that when reading reviews there will always be an unhappy customer so always make sure the good reviews out weight the bad and this hotel did. The location of this hotel was perfect close to everything I mean everything we barely needed to take an Uber to go anywhere. We were greeted by the front desk with open arms and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Alex the manager made us feel at home even treated my wife to a birthday drink which was very thoughtful. Now I have to give a big shoutout to the rooftop bartender Jonathan he’s really made our stay fun he treated my wife well for her birthday made his a great Tequila SunRise very good he deserves to be recognized for his great service. The reason for 4 stars is that I had to call to get our room turned down when it should’ve been done because we stayed 4 nights. Other then that our stay was great would definitely comeback. Thanks Fairwind Hotel.

Hotel is nothing like the photos on the website. The place is an absolute dive. My room reeked of cigarettes and chemicals used to try to cover it up. No hot water. The place is like a frat house. I checked out after one night and a month later, they still have not refunded me and don't answer my emails.

Nice hotel right near the beach and close to all Miami Beach main activities. Really convenient. The rooms were clean and new. There is a nice restaurant bar and a pool in the rooftop with its own bar. It’s definitely worth the price !

Save your money, and go somewhere else. Trust me, spend a little more and go to another hotel.
Service was poor at best, do I blame the employees, not really, people treated them horribly and they were constantly dealing with intoxicated adults. But regardless the guest service was tired, annoyed and over it.
The rooms, I can get past, small, dated, and a little beat up. I can't get over, dirty, and unkept. Positive of the room, they have mattress covers to help prevent bed bugs (great investment on the hotels part). However it does not take away from the fact that the room was dirty. Invest on deep cleaning and dusting!
The hotel in general, don't be fooled by the pictures. It is dirty, it smells like weed all the time. The pool is overrun by drunk guests going to the every day of the week pool party. The furniture is beat up and tossed around.
This hotel resembles a frat house after rush week.
Save your money go elsewhere, the location is not worth. Unless you want to party like you are in a frat house during rush week - then this is the hotel for you :)

The hotel looks very nice and seems clean but upon arrival there was mold in the bathroom. One of the housekeepers said it was okay but last I checked visible mold is not okay. The front desk then tried to offer me a smaller room (I had 2 queen beds and they tried to offer me a king room that was a lot smaller, I did not mind the king but the room size was unacceptable) than what I paid for to accommodate me. I was then told that was all they had but then I went on their website and found out that was a lie. So unless you like mold, a health hazard, do not stay here
