“The Assistant General Manager Lisset and the Sales Woman (Didn't catch her name) were absolute sweethearts! So bubbly and full of energy they really made us feel welcomed to the Austin area. Parking was fine, no issues, and the rooms were very accommodating.People who are used to the more luxurious Hiltons may be somewhat disappointed by aesthetics of the rooms only. For us they are a far FAR cry from poor or even decent quality. Gist is, beds were very comfortable, AC unit is solid, doors are secure and room very clean. HIGHLY recommend this location if it's your first visit to Austin or just want a well priced Hotel nearby fantastic restaurants and great people!”
