This place is great, check in was fast and easy. The staff was very attentive and greeted us with drinks immediately. We got a great room with a view for a good price. Our first day 🦋arriving we met a handful of staff. They are extremely friendly and know how to make sure you’re having a good time! Personal favorite staff is Chocolate and Alberto at the beach bar. They made us very 🦋comfortable to be here and helped us find many fun things to do during our stay. We bought tickets for Coco Bongo one night that they sell here and the hotel provided transportation and it was an amazing 🦋show! The pools are clean, bartenders are fast, drinks are great and there’s always staff to help and make things fun.

Chocolate loves to party and always has the BEST energy. Chocolate is the BEST. WE LOVE CHOCOLATE. Loves to entertain people at the pool and gets people to want to dance. very influential energy. 😂The hotels are are always clean, hospitality is superb! drinks are unlimited!! food is unlimited and delicious. a lot of parties that are always lit and good energy. 😂Very good room service. every employee has great energy. Great shows going on everyday. The pools were always very clean they made sure that my room was always 😂neat when I got back my fridge was always filled the service was beautiful they made sure that I dance I enjoyed the shows the Michael Jackson show chocolate 😂taught me how to dance he did a lot love this service

The hotel has been amazing since day one. The lobby is beautiful and the staff amazing. The staff was super attentive the moment we arrived and the service they provided was fast and easy. The bars have lots of tasty drinks and the service was also great and fast. The foods they served in the buffet were delicious and they had a great variety of things to try. The restaurants were also great. The staff was very entertaining and they made sure we always had something to drink and that we enjoyed our food. The night entertainment shows have also been great to watch especially with Chocolate. The staff made sure everyone had a great time and would also join us to dance. The ambiance was so uplifting and fun. They made sure everyone had a great time. I would definitely book with them again next time ! The scenery is beautiful and the beach breathtaking!

We had an awesome stay at the impressive premium, the food was really good and we had a great view of the beach from our room! The entertainment is amazing specifically from Chocolate ♥️ We only spent a couple days but wish we spent more as the ambience was perfect as well as the amazing staff. Definitely recommend! The buffet was really awesome so many options as well as many different restaurants to chose from that would all be a la cartel, the grill and the Italian spot were the best! They have many different drinks to offer from and always make sure to keep you satisfied.

resort was absolutely well- maintained and amazing. The room was very clean, very comfortable and well supplied with bottled water, pops, coffee and tea. The staff in the property were all great. The drinks were AWESOME! Chocolate is the BEST! Such a lively animator and dancer, we had so much fun with him! The food servers were so good, Alvaro to name one. The massage therapist, Martha was very accommodating and massaged my feet excellently. So i had a massage twice for the 5 days we were in the resort. The food was exceptionally good from breakfast to dinner. Lots of food selection and varied everyday. If given the chance again, i will go back to the resort. All the employees were masked.

Como classifico:Sinal Wi-Fi muito mau, num só local, no teatro e fraco…Preferível comprar à entrada um pacote 40 dólares para 3 aparelhos por 7 dias!Higiene aquém na restauração, mesas de refeição de mafeira e com sujidade entranhada com uma base permeável, por baixo das bases….leite, café, bolor, trocaram as mesas de refeição no hotel todo a meio da estadia, isto foi excelente!Toalhas de banho amareladas/encardidas mas lavadas, cortinados do quarto e colcha, no quarto onde ficamos, sujos…Os “detergentes” deixados no quarto não incluem amaciador! It was lovely here! Being for the first time in Punta Cana, this was definitely heaven for me. And all the employees are just angels, working so hard and always very cheerful, attentive and genuinely friendly like nowhere before. The balance between the nature and the constructions was great for such a location, and the fact that it is a smaller resort in comparison to the others around gives it a family feeling. Of course, 5 stars here are not 5 stars in Europe, but the overall experience is beyond great. The different restaurants - grill, Asian, French, Italian etc also gave it a nice flavor! Coronavirus measures were in place at all times and all the employees took it very seriously. Much appreciated the care they take of their guests! Hope to come here again soon! ❤️

Un desastre, estuve en éste hotel en 2019 y muy bien, por eso hemos vuelto pero ahora no tiene nada que ver. Todo, absolutamente todo, es un desastre. Las instalaciones, la comida, el servicio,los colchones, no tenemos ni las cortinas completas de la habitación.El servicio premium parece una tomadura de pelo, es peor que el regular. Nos perdieron la reserva, nos dieron una habitacion que estaban desalojando por obras, nos pasaron a una con vista al mar peor, mas pequeña, con la mitad de cosas....que decepción tan grande. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Excelente servicio al cliente, el hotel es de tamaño mediano, se puede ir caminando a todos los puntos de interés, así se libra de tomar un carrito.Tiene restaurante a la carta, el cual debe de hacer reservacion para ver la disponibilidad son con temática italiana, japonés y así.Las habitaciones premium están bastante bien, buen espacio y un baño increíble en diseño y espacio.La comida es bien reservada y repetitiva, pasta, pechuga de pollo, tortilla de huevo todos los días. En el apartado de bebida, están las clásica y Jack Daniels como la premium.La piscina de buena profundidad y cuenta con piscina para niño también.En general pondría un 3, pero el servicio cliente sacó la cara por ellos.

We stayed there for 2 weeks. Very liked the hotel and the service. The food is delicious, however, they could add more variety.. Due to covid the hotel was only about 25% occupied, and it was perfect! I think with 100% occupancy it would be way too crowded

Las habitaciones muy acogedora, buena higiene y precauciones de medidas con respecto a la pandemia. Buena comida, buena bebida, consideró que en los snack debe haber más variedad. Me fascinó la piscina y las comodidades de las instalaciones. Excelente equipo de entretenimiento le doy un 10 de 10.☺️☺️

I would like to highly recommend Impressive Premium Resort & Spa. I and my family had one of the best vacations of our life. We stayed in the Resort in December 2020.The resort is beautiful. We have stayed in the premium side of the resort. I still admire breath taking ocean beach view from Ocean Front Room, Ocean Front Italian Restaurant, Ocean Front Pools. The Resort has few fools available (including private pool for premium guests), beautiful tall palms and little bars are everywhere. The service/local Dominicans were extremely nice and very happy during interactions with us. Special thanks for Rigoberto from the house keeping team. I have never ever seen such as happy, kind, attended to details and hard-working person as Rigoberto, our room was spotless everyday thanks to Rigoberto! Overall, the resort is very well maintained and clean. The resort has 3 a-la-carte restaurants (Italian, Japanese and Steak House). I recommend to reserve at least one dinner in each a-la-carte restaurant. You will enjoy private show w/ "Japanese" cook and great steaks or ossobuco in Italian Restaurant. The ocean front view from the patio of Italian restaurant is phenomenal. Please book the lunch as well in the Italian Restaurant. I also would like to mention about Premium Lobby. Diamond Bar and Premium Buffet - great place if you are looking for privacy, premium drinks, and fancy appetizers. Overall, the cuisine variety (especially during Christmas) was better than I have expected in Dominican Republic (based on feedback about Dominican Republic from my friends). The entertainment team, live shows, live music, and DJ were great as well. I really enjoyed bachata tunes :-) The cocktails were very tasty especially tequila mojito and pina colada. The coffee from the coffee bar was excellent especially "Irish Coffee". Really great memories! Almost everything was excellent, but as we all know no place is perfect, if the hotel is looking for our feedback and improvement, I would suggest working on 3 things: 1. reduce the main lobby check-in time in the evening - hire more front desk personnel. We have spent almost 2 hours in the lobby before we have received a key to the room. Not sure why but only one person was available at the front desk during our check-in. 2. Work on the mint supply – at the end of our stay the bars ran out of the mint, result - I could not drink my favourite tequila mojito anymore. I was also missing my favourite Apple Martini (Vodka + Apple Martini Mix + Sparkling Water), I think that Apple Martin should be available at least in the Diamond Bar (Premium Bar). 3. Main Buffet should have more floor managers available to oversee the service, sometimes the wait time for the water, coffee or silverware was excessive, but regardless excessive time everybody from the service team were extremely nice 😊Based on my feedback I would give 4.5 stars review, but thanks to the extraordinary service of all resort employees (like Rigoberto) I am giving 5 ***** from us. Great Job making me and my family happy!!! Great memories, we will try to come back again!Derek & Family

Não é um hotel 5 estrelas JAMAIS! O resort é lindo, mas o serviço é muito ruim! A comida é sem tempero e em nada se assemelha a outros resorts caribenhos. Não tem ovo mexido, bacon, sucos naturais, feijão. A carne é gordurosa e de segunda qualidade. Liberam day use e o hoyel lota de locais e o atendimento piora ainda mais com filas pra tudo e pessoas mal educadas gritando, crianças jogando água em você de propósito, é bem sofrível e percebe-se um padrão bem baixo. Fiz upgrade pro premium pq prometeram atendimento melhor, e ai descobri que a piscina que seria exclusiva estava frequentada por qlq um, restaurante premium fechado, assim como outras áreas que seriam de uso exclusivo justamente pra evitar essas coisas. Economize e vá ao Hard Rock que ali sim será bem atendido.

Es un sitio muy hermoso, la playa es asombrosa y la piscina es muy agradable. Se respetan las medidas del covid-19. La comida es buena, pero más importante aún es el servicio, excepcional!! 👏

It has everything all in one place. They have five or seven restaurants, private and public beach. Entertainment and lively activities on going so the guests would not get bored. They have buffets throughout the day and they have a la carte for those who wants the "good"treatment. Even with a pandemic they are not lacking in visitations. People are coming in on droves. They are however, practicing social distancing and PPE precautions. It's a must on the wearing of masks😷. The staffs are 100% on PPE precautionary measures. I see myself coming back and staying here.

I was going to write a blog post about my experience but decided folks should know before wasting time & money. So I went back in January, my sister gifted me an all expense paid experience so I had no complaints because I’ve never been, & it’s not in my nature to pass up free gifts! We arrived to the DR airport my excited giddy character wasn’t received by any local women. I almost punched a flight attendant in the bathroom because she was standing in the entrance of the bathroom on her phone & didn’t budge an inch when I said “excuse me”, I had to yell it & she literally moved 1/2 an inch to the side. Upon arriving to the resort it seemed as though a lack of communication was going to be the biggest issue on our 7 day stay. Waiting in line to check in, took over 45 minutes no exaggeration, the man helping us talked my sister into purchasing a hotel upgrade. Boy was that a joke, not only was it not worth while it was just a set up to get more money. Here’s a list of issues in our room, the extra day bed or makeshift couch had a huge stain on it(in plain sight), the coffee maker was extremely dirty as if it been passed down for generations, the shower had a horrible leak that created a dangerously huge puddle after each shower, there was a huge water bug(that we called the front desk about) & no one came to get it for hours, so we paid a random resort worker to come & get it & even he was grossed out, we ran out of toilet tissue & we called the front deck 3 times & a worker brought us a bag filled with mini shampoos, conditioner, soap, lotion & no toilet tissue,(no lie) we had to walk to the bootleg VIP lounge & use their bathroom & I took tissue from their restroom & complained & an hour or so later we received toilet tissue, we asked for an iron the first day, 2nd and 3rd day..we got it a day before we were to leave. Last but not least we had a peeping Tom creep looking through our window trying to see us & our lady bits. We didn’t dare complain about that, being from NY we handled that just fine. There are far more other issues I’m leaving out but those were probably the ones that made me want to leave. As I mentioned above the communication in this resort was horrible & I’m not talking about a language barrier, I’m talking about the workers not knowing what’s what amongst each other. It was as if they all read a different resort manual & no one was on the same page. I shouldn’t have to ask questions about things I don’t know exist, for example we wanted to eat at one of the restaurants that are on the grounds, so we go to the front desk to find out all the details, we ask if we need anything before we arrive, we get to the restaurant & the hostess says you need a ticket to get in. So we head back to the front desk & the same woman tells us there’s no more room for us that night. Floored, we asked to speak to a manager, he arrives & doesn’t even look our way. Long story short they give us a ticket for the next night. Sadly the food was mediocre, & wasn’t even worth the time. The whole 7 days I think 3(maybe 4)resort women staff said hi back to us, & OMG the sales pitch maniacs were overly pushy, obnoxious, intrusive & crazy. We sat for one sales pitch & it was probably the biggest mistake of the whole trip. The man in charge of selling us a dream was not only condescending he insulted my sister throughout the whole conversation. Word of adviceuse your headphones, NO NO scratch that, “Just Don’t Go Here”.Because the cons outweighed the pros I’ll only share 3 highlights, the beach is great to sleep on, plus the beach excursions were nice, lastly the architecture & natural elements all over the resort was beautifully executed, a perfect backdrop for epic photos. I don’t think I ever wanted to get back home so bad. So I beg you DO NOT go here because you see some good testimonials. I came to the conclusion these folks won’t ever go out of business because they have enough first timers that don’t necessarily read enough reviews & special treated regulars that frequent every year. This place isn’t going anywhere.

Atendimento péssimo! Problemas na recepção, com os garçons, os seguranças, camareiras, assistência ao consumidor, gerência, é impressionante como ninguém se salva... O despreparo da equipe é assustador! E muito poucos funcionários pro volume de trabalho que o resort demanda, todos visivelmente sobrecarregados. Uma péssima administração, onde as bebidas acabam ao longo do dia, ao ponto de na hora do almoço não ter água no bar da praia. Surreal, né? E se te indicarem o Iransel pra resolver alguma coisa, esquece, ele promete mundos e fundos, mas não resolve NADA, só enrola! Agora vamos por partes... Logo na chegada vão oferecer o serviço “premium” que inclui quarto numa ala reservada com piscina privativa, um restaurante temático próprio e praia privativa, além de massagem diária. Parece bom? Não caia nessa! Você precisa pagar uma diferença considerável (eles dizem que está com 45% de desconto), a área reservada não tem nada demais, a parte da praia não é reservada e fica na área com mais ondas, o atendimento é igualmente péssimo, mas você paga bem mais caro por ele! Os restaurantes temáticos são uma perda de tempo, com exceção do japonês que é incrível (e de acesso a todos, mediante reserva prévia). As atrações do resort são bem fracas, mas bem fracas mesmo, e não há informação clara sobre nada relacionado! Aliás, na entrada te dão um panfleto com todas as informações de eventos erradas! O cassino é minúsculo e vive às moscas. Tem uma balada que não abre todos os dias e ninguém sabe dizer os dias que abre, nem o horário. Pra sentirem o drama do péssimo atendimento deles, quando chegamos não tinha toalha de banho no nosso quarto e demoramos mais de duas horas pra conseguir! Uma dica importante: não feche passeios através do resort, pois eles cobram preços absurdos! O que posso dizer de bom? O resort tem uma boa estrutura e o buffet comida saborosa. Se eu indico para alguém? Nem para o pior inimigo!!!

Compramos o pacote de ano novo e foi uma extrema decepção, o buffet não tinha quantidade suficiente de mesa e cadeira, sobremesas eram horríveis, demoraram 50 anos para levar bebidas e talheres, nós tivemos que cortar o bife com a colher porque a garçonete esqueceu de trazer a faca por mais de meia hora e estávamos com fome, o bife era péssimo , arroz duro, a cantora tinha um repertório pouco animado, não recomendo.

estive neste resort e na republica dominicana pela primeira vez em abril, e tenho a dizer que... adorei! acho que deviam apostar neste resort pois para mim foi uma experiencia otima. é muito grande, com varios restaurantes fantasticos com comida muito boa (o burger é o meu preferido) e sempre com algum sitio aberto para comer alguma coisa, tudo muito limpo, praia muito boa com paisagens lindissimas, mas o que mais adorei foi a cama... a cama mais fofinha e perfeita era so cair nela que adormecia que nem um bébé :D. O clima é otimo mas é preciso ter MUITO cuidado com o sol pois podem apanhar escaldoes bem fortes mesmo com camadas de protetor solar. Obrigada sunscape por estas ferias que nunca mais esquecerei!

Simplesmente perfeito!!!! Eu voltaria mais um milhão de vezes e ficaria neste resort. Comida MARAVILHOSA e com muita muita variedade! Drinks muito bons, vinhos também. Tudo que consta no all inclusive é bom, não provei nada além disso. Funcionários educados e animados, infraestrutura ótima. Ar condicionado ótimo, camas ótimas! A praia, ao contrário do que era antes, foi limpada e agora eles possuem um sistema de limpeza que retira as algas todos os dias várias vezes, então não fica incomodando e nem tem mau cheiro como diziam. O mar é simplesmente lindo. Os geotubos estão limpos, branquinhos e exercem bem seu papel. Não atrapalham em nada o usufruto do mar, por que foram posicionados em uma fileira vertical apenas. Mas caso queira uma praia sem nenhum geotubo ou bóia, ande três minutos pro lado que você acha! Melhor viagem DA VIDA. Nada a reclamar, só elogios!

We had an AMAZING time at the Impressive Resort in Punta Cana. This was our first trip to the DR and our first time at an all-inclusive resort. We were very impressed. We upgraded to premium and it was definitely worth it. You get treated much better, are given a better room with a view, have access to better pools, the beach area for premium is nicer and you have access to beach day beds, better food options, better alcohol, etc. We thought that the pictures on the website did not do the resort justice, it is BEAUTIFUL! Every staff member we came into contact with was so nice and welcoming and helpful! With the exception of Angelica, one of the restaurant hostesses, she was not very nice. The resort felt very safe. They have security guards on the beach to keep the locals off their beach and make sure their guests are not being bothered. We did not have any issues with any of the food or any of the drinks with ice. We ate at a different restaurant every night and the food was great. Edwardo was really great at keeping our wine glasses full! For breakfast and lunch we ate at the buffets and the food was great. Lots of variety to choose from and good tasting food. There was so many things to do, we were never bored, yet we had the most relaxing week in paradise. We recommend going on the off season as the resorts, town, and excursions are not crowded. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for an amazing vacation! We will definitely be back!

Rooms were great! Price was awesome for 2 adults and 1 child. A great variety of food pool is awesome and the best part was the Magic Show! We are still in awed and will definitely go back

Beautiful resort. Was a blast for the first several days. The staff was very helpful and even though most everyone spoke Spanish, it wasn't too difficult to communicate in English with some Spanish words added. There were multiple pools and the Oceans was only steps away. 1 downside was that both the pool, and the beach closed at 6pm. You were not allowed in the water after this time and that was a big bummer as afternoon and evening swims are great especially if avoiding a sunburn. So you could only swim from 9am-6pm. Seaweed was a problem even though they had people trying to keep the beach clean. The food was pretty decent with options ranging from Japanese to Italian. The buffet was a popular choice with most guests especially around lunch time. They had lots of different types of food so everyone could find something they'd like. The Ice cream at the buffet was some of the best and I'd highly recommend trying it. The resort provides beach and pool towels at no charge. The water sports shop staff was very helpful in finding us great places to dive and took us on 2 different scuba diving excursions. The Scuba is Padi so you know it can be trusted as well as get your dive log signed. The downside of the resort was the weekend pass. Started on Friday and went through Sunday a large influx of locals came to the resort on day passes. They crowded the pools and buffet. Many were rude and disrespectful to rules and staff. It really took away from the relaxing paradise vibe that you expect when you visit a relatively expensive resort. Several pool side games were geared towards the day passes only and premium guests were turned away from participating and receiving the pool toys. Had it not been for the day passes I would have added a 5 star experience.

Beautiful grounds. For the most part staff was great. Would of rated higher if all the restaurants were open. Food was just ok. Bars were always running out of premium liquor. Not much communication between the different departments. The wives did enjoy the spa. The guys enjoyed the off resort trip to the cigar factory. Not sure on a return visit.

Cute. Staff was very nice when arriving. However, They told us we were supposed to have a room facing the beach, but didn't give it as they said. My friend and I were upset, but a lady at the desk was nice and talked with us. Cute shows and ambiance. Food was my favorite at the buffet. Showers were nice. Also, quiet area. Disco was fun. Staying here was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it was overall a decent experience.
