“Cramped rooms that need sprucing.
Location is excellent with a great view of Titicaca.
The chain still uses sealed toiletries and unnecessary plastic packaging.
We stayed at 8 different hotels during our trip and this was the only chain that didn't use refillable toiletries.
Hopefully they will make the change soon to help the delicate environment”
