“I stayed one night at the hotel and I was charged twice. I was charged for the "Hold" at the time of check in and the final payment at the time of check out. It is very tedious and annoying to have to follow up by phone and email on mistakes made by other people. If you do not invest your time and money, you do not get back the amount charged twice. Everyone can make mistakes, but resolving them is the difference between good and bad management.”

“I would give this hotel 0 Negative stars if i could, we stood ovethere for 5 nights and on 2 of them the water went out, on top of that thy charge me twice for the room I reserved it was a totally nightmare having to be back and forward with the hotel to get my money refund after a month.
