This place is tough to rate.... The rooms and building are pretty much 5 stars. But, the check in people are the worst, 1 or 0 stars. It's quite unbelievable how terrible they are and I'm basing this on 3 visits (I'll let a place slide a time or two, desk folks aren't paid a bunch, but enough). They are rude so much as they are completely confused, incompetent and or are in a daze. Unbelievable to have a facility that nice and front staff that bad. Sooo in conclusion..... I like to stay here, location and such..... I just tell myself to make it through the check in..... Oh! It's cheap too!

Wish I had stayed here instead of Courtyard. Springhill hasn't let me down so far

I stayed here last weekend 10/24/20, and the facilities were acceptable, and the rooms were very spacious... Good if you have kids that seem to scatter all over the place with their stuff. Because of Covid though be aware: there's no free breakfast. Not even a grab-and-go option... All their breakfasts started at an additional $7+ per item (typical: breakfast sandwich). There's also no maid service. We had a MASSIVE pile of towels at the end of our stay because we kept having to go to the front desk for new ones each day and no one to take the dirty ones. There's also no shuttle to the parks or Disney Springs. Zero amenities outside of "free wifi" that the concierge happily touted... If you're looking to save dollars based on free breakfast and free shuttle, this ain't the place right now. (Side note: walls here are paper thin... I heard the loudest hotel sex session I've EVER witnessed getting off the elevator, and the room it was coming from was literally 3 doors down) so yeah...

Booked for Fairfield through Marriott, received confirmation for Fairfield, arrived was notified will be staying at Springhill, no alternatives or advanced notice given. This happened to several customers as I witnessed while I was checking in. The rooms did not fit our family, notified staff, nothing done to assist. The indoor pool had a yellow film in it. The outdoor pool was inundated with bugs and worms at the bottom.

Make sure you CONFIRM with hotel before staying here. we drove up to a closed off hotel due to "Covid" was not told at reservation time or any days prior to arrival They had moved us to the courtyard next door, not as comfortable and personally having stayed at other springhills not as remodeled or new. breakfast in the morning also doesnt exist anymore, where hotels like the Hyatt still provided following new protocols. As a Platinum Bonvoy member very disappointed with my last stays at Marriott properties at least communication, if you let your guest know in advanced they can then make a decision. Regarding the courtyard where we were moved to, front desk gentleman night time was amazing and very friendly, rooms had issues (smoke alarm going off, AC unit very loud) but hotel was following new protocols very well.

Excelente hotel, recibimos un buen trato al momento de nuestra llegada y con la posibilidad de elegir el método de pago. Las habitaciones más básicas son muy grandes y están bien equipadas. El desayuno es lo único que se podría mejorar incorporando más frutas y variedades. La ubicación es muy buena.

Excelente ubicación, desayuno buffet incluido, muy amables, puedes dejar tus cosas encargadas después del check out, hay transporte a los parques de Disney ( reservar contiempo para tener buen horario) Muy cercano al Outlet y al Ross.

Hermoso lugar , muy buena atención , la mayoría de los empleados hablan sólo inglés , muy buen desayuno , además de sus agradables piscinas , centros de computadoras , y su propio local de starbucks . Tiene una muy buena locación , muy cerca de los parques De Disney y de los outlets .

Great meeting rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is included. Close to the theme parks, and guests can use any of the two other sister hotels facilities. Shuttle to Walt Disney World available. If you have a morning meeting try to get away from breakfast area as this hotel usually has high occupancy and children. Very close to shopping and area restaurants.

Nice and clean the pools were very nice too. Parking can get a little hard when you get here late though! There's lots of cool amenities though. You can use all the pools

Exelente ubicacion !! Habitaciones limpias 2 camas, 1 sofa cama ,1 baño ,secadora,agua caliente ,2 tv pantallas ,frigobar,cafetera y micro muy bien para 4 personas ,es una area donde se encuentran 3 hoteles ,lugar muy tranquilo ,limpio hay un area de juegos para niños con pasto sintetico para pasar un buen rato, como a 200 metros hay un golden corral y como a 50 metros un pequeño restaurante donde venden hamburguesas ,hot dogs,refrescos etc etc el hotel cuenta con un restaurante que solo funciona en la mañana tipo buffet incluido,la verdad no es mucha la variedad pero pasa la prueba salchichas ,huevo de caja, pan , jugo, cafe, leche , queso crema ,cereal, platanos y naranjas pero lo especial son los waffles de mickey los niños quedan encantados y tambien los adultos esto es todo los dias no hay variacion ni cambio en el desayuno ! Alberca pequeña pero muy agusto para niños pequeños y medianos ,el hotel cuenta con una tiendita donde venden agua,refrescos pizzas congeladas y algunos snacks un poco caros pero te ayuda cuando se te terminan los viveres del cuarto ,internet no muy bueno en lo personal nunca se conecto y la programacion en tv muy poquito para niños ,muy cerca de waltmart 8 dolares en uber ,disney springs 8 dolares en uber ,magic kingdom 9 dolares en uber y hollywood studios 12 dolares en uber , el hotel cuenta con transportacion a los parques pero como fuimos en la semana del 17 al 21 de diciembre estaban llenos y tenias que anotarte en la lista un dia antes para apartar lugar y tienen horarios especificos por eso decidimos usar uber te ibas a la hora que querias y regresabas a la hora que querias , se gasta un poco mas pero tienes la comodida de manejar el tiempo como uno lo desee en lo personal recomendado limpio,comodo,buen precio economico y pues tiene desayuno incluido te ahorras unos 30 dolares por dia
