Fazem mais de 20 anosque frequento este lugar. Na última vez minha esposa esqueceu a bolsa na vila no momento do check-out e só percebemos 4 horas depois, ligamos para o resort avisando do ocorrido. Usamos o localizador do celular que estava na bolsas e ele estava no resort até acabar a bateria, porém voltamos no dia seguinte e nos informaram que não encontraram a bolsa esperemos muito dinheiro e cartões de crédito passaporte. O gerente não mostrou que se importava com a situação e disse que Jamaris a polícia e não apareceu mais ficamos aguardando a polícia que fez um ótimo atendimento.

- Español:Es un lugar excelente para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones en familia, la atención es súper buena y rápida, los trabajadores son muy amables, la mayoría habla inglés y español por lo que el idioma no será un problema.Hay una gran cantidad de actividades recreativas para hacer por lo que no te aburrirás, puedes montar bicicleta, jugar en el Minigolf, ir al Gimnasio, bañarse en el parque de agua y lanzarte de los toboganes, y recorrer el lago en los botes con forma de ganzos.Con respecto a las habitaciones son bastantes espaciosas, muy bonitas, súper limpias y con equipos modernos, cuentan con una buena cocina, horno, microondas, nevera grande, y lavavajillas.El único punto negativo es que antes del Covid ofrecían transporte hasta los parques de atracciones como Disney, Universal, etc y ahora ya no lo hacen.- English:It is an excellent place to enjoy a good family vacation, the service is super good and fast, the workers are very friendly, most of them speak English and Spanish so the language will not be a problem.There are a lot of recreational activities to do so you will not get bored, you can ride a bike, play miniature golf, go to the gym, bathe in the water park and jump off the slides, and tour the lake in the shaped boats of goose.Regarding the rooms, they are quite spacious, very nice, super clean and with modern equipment, they have a good kitchen, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher.The only negative point is that before the Covid they offered transportation to amusement parks such as Disney, Universal, etc. and now they no longer do so.

The place has a familiar setting. Just like home. Equipped with everything you need in a house. Much better than a hotel room or apartment. The playground and pool are very nice. It is a great place to come with the family.

Absolutely love where we are staying at this resort. Four bedrooms with upstairs, four washrooms, three living room areas balconies totally amazing. We are overlooking the pool. Very nice atmosphere, with things to do around the resort everyone seems to be super helpful and friendly. They text every day to see how its going or if we are in need of anything. We are really enjoying ourselves. Awesome hospitality when we are not staying at our own place in Florida we love to come here. Westgate keep up the awesome service we noticed it others can learn from you.

Beautiful place, nice friendly people, and service. Beds are really comfortable. Has a lot to do here...water park, movies, and more. Shipwreck Island was fun, and food so good. Worth the money! Had electric issues in room, and kitchen but the maintenance men were awesome. Only thing, just let the guests know off the jump if that's your goal. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Well maintained resort. Maintenance people are wonderful. But it is not what they say it is!!! You need to be very careful when it comes to purchase a timeshare. Some of them easily lie and deny lying. The real state staff changes on the regular basis. Make sure to read and understand all fine prints. Lots of pressure, but don't give up.

Westgate is very well known to have convenient locations and very nice rooms. I was very impressed with the rooms in this resort. The building I was in looked to be newly renovated. It was clean. The shower and big jacuzzi tub are amazing. It also comes with washer and dryer and all you will need in the kitchen to prep meals. It is also very close to all theme parks and the action of International Drive. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

This resort is beautiful and conveniently located next to EVERYTHING, yet maintains a secluded feel. The staff always answers the phone and are pleasant to each customer. There's so much to do here you don't have to leave; you can actually relax and enjoy your vacation. I'm definitely coming back.

When arriving to, Westgate the outside of the resort is very beautiful. It was a easy check in my family and I was super excited. The resort have so many pools water park restaurants game room golf course and so much more to offer. I was excited to know we was by everything all the convenient stores and restaurants. When we arrived to our room I was satisfied but I notice a lot of things. 1 the master bedroom television was not working and kept giving a no signal sign. 2 our bathroom tub had not been cleaned and I pulled out a lot of hair out the drain. 3 we was missing pillows sheets and blankets for our pullout bed and had to call concierge every 10 minutes to make sure someone was coming to fix our complaints . The next day when I took all my complaints to the front desk it was a nice young lady that I spoke with. After showing her photos she spoke her manager and was able to upgrade me a one bedroom suite soon as possible. The second room we checked in was very beautiful clean spacious and a beautiful view I definitely left happy. I gave it three stars so the can really get on house keeping with making sure all rooms get cleaned and the attention it needs.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. We had started asking for extra pillows and blankets at 6pm and by 11 still nothing. We ended up calling 3 more times and was told they were out of pillows. And the blanket they brought us was brought at 1:30am and they rang the door bell and woke us up. We paid 175 a night I'd expect them to accommodate our needs better than that. And just to be clear we had a 2 bedroom suite.. which the one bedroom with 2 double beds one of the beds did not have a blanket on the bed! Just a top sheet and a fitted sheet. The other bed had a blanket. And also each bed only had one pillow. Terrible. I wish I rented a hotel room instead. I'll never ever ever go back.

Pensa num hotel grande aos moldes americanos então multiplica a sua expectativa, quartos limpos (não limpíssimo, apenas limpos), cama confortavel e com cheiro neutro. Como fechamos as "Villas" que de vila nao tem nada pois imaginei que fossem quartos individuais mas não passam de blocos de apartamentos de 1 e 2 quartos com sala e cozinha americana. Agora pensa em blocos (6 a 8 blocos vide fotos) de 6 andares com pouco mais de 25 apartamentos em corredores infinitos, agora imagina todos aos mesmo tempo num dia de 40°C em um parque pequeno e 1 piscina aí á piscina fecha por 2h por conta de um acidente e então todos sobem para o parquinho que fica na parte de cima....foi aí que o marido ficou estressado. Mas no final gostamos da estrutura e localização pois tem um Walmart na porta (indo de carro claro). Ah sim... de peculiar tivemos o alarme de incêndio que tocava e parava sozinho em nosso apartamento, sem saber o que fazíamos de errado pois tocou de manhã, a tarde e a noite, quando reclamamos disseram que era a bateria para trocar mas demoraram tanto pra atender o chamado que eu mesma tirei a bateria. Fora isso foi tudo ok.

Excellent Exceptional Resort ⛵ for a Vacation, or Getaway for few days. Lots of different things to Enjoy.. A 20 minutes Ride in the Swan Boat is much to be enjoyed!! The Fitness Center My favorite is Excellent. There are 14 Pools throughout the Resort. And Lots ❤️ More of enjoyment. The rooms are very clean. The Staff in all departments are Exceptionality respectful, from the time of checking in, to the Time of checking out. The Service is Remarkable. THANK You Westgate Resort for Your Great Service. Our Vacation was a Bliss and well enjoyed. SUCCESS 🙏🙏

Be prepared to wait 45 min in a long line for check in. The place was okay as far as the pools and water park but the room was kind of ran down. Nice little hot tub but the yellow stained dirty jets was not appealing and hard for someone to want to sit in it. The AC wasn’t working and ice machine wasn’t working which kind of sucked when we got there but they fixed it shortly after.

Westgate Town Center is my favorite resort to come and relax . The kids and the wife always enjoy themselves. If you haven't had a chance to experience Westgate Town Center I urge you to. You won't be disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, plenty of amenities. The staff is friendly and efficient. There's so much to do that you never need to leave the resort. Walmart super center is right across the street, as well as many restaurants and shopping near by. I am already planning our next trip.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Walt Disney area and you don't want to break the bank. First they are SUPER close to Disney. When I say close, I mean close. It only took 7 mins to get the welcome sign. Maybe less. Their villas are waaaaaay cheaper than anything on Disney's property and you get more in the rooms. Most rooms come with full kitchens with stove/over, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, pots/pans, dishes, utensils and small appliances. With the super Walmart across the street, that definitely helps you to save on dining on your trip. There's also a dining area, living room area with sofabed, full bathroom (some with jacuzzi tub and patio/balcony with a beautiful view! The property has so much to do 14 pools, 2 lev water park, mini golf, swan boats, bicycles, fitness center with classes, tennis, basketball, free Disney movies and daily activities. Stay here! You won't regret it. Request to a room in the 4000 or 5000 building if you want to be close to everything.

Highly recommend this resort! I can't remember an exact number but there are more then 14 pools! 😳 And tons of activities included with your stay! We didn't get a ton of photos because we were busy having fun! Also awesome because it's not even necessary to leave the resort! I included the view from our room

Always a great experience. There's plenty to do onsite with all of their pools, mini golf, bike rentals, small movie theater, and water park. They are currently renovating their rooms. We loved the new look!

I like the sense of security. The customer service at the concierge desk were great to us. The place is well kept. I love how there is an accessible set of pool and hot tub spread out in the resort. The room was pretty clean. Bonuses: kitchenette, personal hot tub in a large bathroom, balcony, etc.

Just shocked ! I took one of the time share offering really because I was interested in learning what it has to offer ! I was actually very very interested in becoming an owner. However we decided it was best if we talk and go over it some more when we can actually think about it with out four crazy kids. Two of which were crying and running all over the place. We just simply needed time to review and go over everything. I actually asked for a list of places an owner could stay for the $49 and up prices and couldnt even get that with out agreeing to pay $1095 right then and there. The three people that actually worked with us were very nice like typical salesman until we said we needed time to think and couldn’t decide right then and there. They got pretty nasty ! Pretty disappointed in how we were treated just for asking for sometime to think. I wanted to be able to call back and go over everything when I can solely focus on every detail. It’s as big of a deal as purchasing a home ! I can’t even believe how we were treated at the end. Very disappointed and I suppose when we are ready we will be purchasing a time share elsewhere as we were laughed at and told if I call another day to purchase they will gladly take my money but that it would be $64,000. Thanks for running off a potentially very good costumer.

Tenemos una propiedad en Westgate y esta fue la asquerosidad que nos dieron para pasar nuestras vacaciones. Hace 20 años que poseemos una propiedad en ese complejo y jamás nos habían tratado como ahora. Cuando nos quejamos nos dijeron que como poseiamos una propiedad de low cost ese era el trato. Para mi fue una indignación el comentario de la persona. Yo como comerciante y dueña de un negocio trato a todos mis clientes por igual, independientemente de lo que me compren.

Honestly with the hurricane ETA there wasn’t much time at the pool but I got out to the pool the one sunny day, and the live music made the best day at the pool! James was awesome!! He came out and talked to several people, took requests. Got the pool games going which was super fun! Great energy, great songs and wow he blew me a away with his guitar skills! That day made the whole trip! I will be back and hope he’s there playing again and hopefully more than just once! And the bartenders rocked too!!

Conveniently located within 10 minutes of Disney on the highway right outside the property. The room is very spacious and it is a overall nice property but unfortunately our experience left a little bit to be desired because we had some noisy neighbors. Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. but security did help us out and spoke with them anyway. I prefer the other Westgate property near universal and this one was just okay and I would not stay at it again. The other hotel is just configured nicer in terms of drive up and parking accessibility less of a amaze to get in.

Experiência boa, o hotel tem uma boa estrutura, pode melhorar muito em diversos quesitos principalmente na limpeza diária dos apartamentos. Localização e muito boa, próximo aos parques da Disney e supermercados.
