“Stay ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Rooms are Tiny, Dark, Dingy, Dirty and AC does not get cool. We reserved a standard king room on Nov. 3rd &4th. After much complaining and 4 visits by engineers and Supervisors to the room during the night for TV NOT WORKING that they could not fix, at 11pm the overnight Mgr Doug finally offered to change our room to a room that we did not request or want and specifically told us that if we took it, the first night would be at NO CHARGE and that he would make a record of it for management to see. Upon checkout, there was no record in their computer. General manager Abner Withers was non-existent and completely uncaring about his hotel property. It then took numerous calls and messages to reach Operations Manager Lucy Cox Atuana, who was then extremely rude, belligerent, and nasty and extremely un-professional on the phone, decided to hang up on me rather than try to resolve the issue. Upon returning home 2 weeks later, my credit card was not only charged for BOTH nights, but they CHARGED ME for a THIRD NIGHT that we weren't even there for!! I had to dispute everything through my Credit Card and spend even more time making calls to them to get the card changed to prevent this and any further fraudulent charges. I travel all over the country but wouldn't ever stay here again even if it was FREE!!”
