Room was really nice, but i m not satsfied with staff in this hotel( night auditor). He was really rude with us when we were checking in the room. He needs to learn that how to attract the guest so they will come back for next time. I will recommend to everyone ,never go there.

Estou muito decepcionado com a minha experiência aqui, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando no quarto e fazia 26 graus lá dentro. Tive de ir explicar isso à recepção, pois quando tentei ligar 4 vezes não houve resposta. Ela avisou que enviaria alguém para a sala para redefinir isso e 30 minutos depois de redefinir, ainda não funcionou. Fui para o saguão novamente com todos os meus itens e ela ainda não ajudou. Sou um membro Hilton Gold e sou leal onde quer que vá no mundo. Esta é a minha pior experiência em um hotel da marca Hilton e me fizeram sentir completamente desvalorizado, pois a senhora disse que você não tem nenhum benefício do Hilton Honors neste estabelecimento. Eu tive que sair uma hora depois de verificar a pousada e ainda não me foi oferecido um quarto diferente ou qualquer compensação. INFELIZ!!!!

Os quartos e as camas eram bons. O microondas estava sujo. Eles precisam colocar mais no café da manhã embalado durante o COVID. Muffins embalados com conservante, uma garrafa de água e 1 maçã não bastam. O café da manhã não tem vantagem nisso.

I am very disappointed with my experience here, the air conditioning wasn't working in the room and it was 26 degrees in there. I had to go and explain this to the reception as when I tried to call 4 times there was no response. She advised that she would send someone to the room to reset this and 30 minutes after resetting it, it still didn't work. I went to the lobby again with all of my items and she was still unhelpful. I am an Hilton gold member and am loyal wherever I go in the world. This is my worst experience of a Hilton brand hotel and I was made to feel completely unvalued, as the lady said you do not get any Hilton Honors benefits at this property. I had to leave an hour after I checked inn and still I wasn't offered a different room or any compensation. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Rooms and beds were good. Microwave was dirty. They need to put more into the bagged breakfasts during COVID. Preservative packaged muffins, a bottle of water and 1 apple doesn't cut it. Breakfast is no advantage with that.

Melhor hotel em que já estive até agora! Eu já estive em um hotel Hilton antes em Burnaby, que também gosto muito, mas este leva o bolo. Um ambiente tão elegante. O quarto é espetacular e até mesmo o roupão que solicitei é melhor e mais confortável do que o outro Hilton. O quarto que consegui hoje à noite também foi mais barato do que o outro Hilton por 25 $ ... Eu definitivamente voltarei na próxima vez que eu quiser sair e desfrutar de uma noite para mim. Bom atendimento, mas o quarto é o que eu mais gosto. Devido à intimidação, nenhuma das comodidades está disponível e ainda estou feliz com minha visita. Mal posso esperar até que tudo se abra novamente. O custo após meu desconto para membros do programa de recompensas era de US $ 125 mais impostos para um quarto com uma cama king size ... Estive em muitos hotéis de 2 a 3 estrelas que acabam tendo o mesmo preço, mas nem mesmo se comparam ao qualidade do quarto e do prédio .... está nas pequenas coisas para, eles têm todos sabonetes de marca, shampoos, loções, etc e até mesmo um bom chocolate ao lado da cama. Dou a este lugar minha recomendação completa.

Best hotel I’ve been to thus far! I’ve been to a Hilton hotel before in Burnaby which i also really like but this one takes the cake. Such a classy environment. The room is spectacular and even the robe I requested is nicer and more comfortable then the other Hilton. The room I got tonight was also cheaper then the other Hilton by 25$... I will definitely be coming back next time I wanna get away and enjoy a night to myself. Good customer service but the room is what I like the most. Due to covid none of the amenities are available and I’m still happy with my visit. Can’t wait till everything opens up again. The cost after my rewards member discount was $125 plus tax for a room with a king size bed...I’ve been to Lots of 2-3 star hotels that end up being around the same price but don’t even compare to the quality of the room and building.... it’s in the little things to, they have all name brand soaps, shampoos, lotion, etc and even a nice chocolate alongside the bed. I give this place my full recommendation.
