A reforma está bem legal! Serviço bastante nítido (um pouco estóico às vezes, mas bom!). O nosso quarto era bem feito e definido, até um nível aceitável para este nível de hotel Hilton. O café da manhã também era de boa qualidade, sem queixas. Localização agradável para a área de Raleigh/Durham.

The remodel is pretty nice! Rather crisp service (a little stoic at times, but good!). Our room was well made and laid, up to an acceptable level for this level of Hilton hotel. Breakfast was of a good quality as well, no complaints. Nice location for the Raleigh/Durham Area.

Teria sido 6 estrelas, mas na frente, (mesmo # quartos), são MUITO barulhentos 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, devido à rodovia 70! Obter um # quarto ímpar na Embaixada de frente para trás. Não conseguia dormir devido ao barulho. Linda propriedade! Quartos modernos e atualizados. Equipe maravilhosa! Os biscoitos da noite estão de volta! Ótimo, café da manhã completo e o atendente foi incrível! Excelente localização ao lado de toneladas de lojas e restaurantes! Aeroporto RDU na rua. Café nos quartos e lobby. Cama confortável, cobertor pesado. Bela decoração!

Would have been 6 stars but front side, (even # rooms), are VERY noisy 24/7 due to highway 70! Get an odd # room in back facing Embassy. Could not sleep due to noise. Beautiful property! Modern, updated rooms. Wonderful staff! Evening cookies are back! Great, full breakfast and the attendant was awesome! Great location adjacent to tons of shopping and dining! RDU airport up the street. Coffee in rooms and lobby. Comfy bed, heavy blanket. Nice decor!

Só fiquei uma noite, mas fui atualizado com meu status de diamante no check-in. Cheguei lá na hora certa para pegar um belo pôr do sol !! Mudança de cor das árvores feita para um acabamento como o Instagram. Quartos super modernos e muito limpos.

Just stayed one night but got upgraded with my diamond status on check in. Got there right in time to catch a beautiful sunset!! Color change of the trees made for a Instagram like finish. Super modern rooms and very clean.

O melhor Hampton em que já me hospedei. Os funcionários colocam o cliente em primeiro lugar em tudo, são muito simpáticos e profissionais. Facilmente uma das melhores experiências que tive com Hilton (e já tive muitas experiências boas)! Todos os funcionários com quem interagimos ficaram muito acima e além das expectativas. Os quartos foram atualizados, limpos e extremamente confortáveis. Eu definitivamente ficarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que estivermos na cidade.

Easily one of the best experiences I've had with Hilton (and I've had a lot of good ones)! All of the staff we interacted with went far above and beyond expectations. The rooms were updated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again next time we are in town.

O Hampton Inn & Suites foi surpreendentemente uma ótima estadia. O quarto era limpo, o café da manhã era excepcional, e a equipe era infantil e cortês. A cama era extremamente confortável e com muitos cobertores.Eu não dei cinco estrelas devido ao fato de que a política de máscara do hotel não estava sendo seguida por uma boa poção dos funcionários do hotel. Acredito que as máscaras de feltro da equipe de limpeza e gerenciamento eram opcionais. No entanto, todos os funcionários da recepção com quem eu interagi pessoalmente usavam máscaras. Isso deve estar em discussão agora.Houve alguns outros problemas de manutenção, mas nada perigoso ou o fim da viagem. Definitivamente, eu recomendaria ficar aqui a negócios, embora provavelmente não a lazer.

The Hampton Inn & Suites was surprisingly a great stay. The room was clean, breakfast was exceptional, and staff were kid and courteous. The bed was extremely comfortable and plenty of blankets. I didn't give five stars due to the fact that the mask policy of the hotel wasn't being followed by a good potion of hotel staff. I believe management and cleaning crew felt masks were optional. However all front-desk staff that I personally interacted with wore masks. This should be even up for discussion right now. There were some other maintenance issues but nothing dangerous or trip ending. I would definitely recommend staying here for business though probably not leisure.

A nossa estadia neste hotel foi agradável. Era muito silencioso e, o mais importante, limpo! Eles não limpam seu quarto diariamente, na verdade, eles só limpam se você pedir. No entanto, toalhas limpas e itens adicionais são facilmente obtidos na recepção e você pode simplesmente colocar seu lixo no corredor e eles irão buscá-lo. No geral, uma estadia agradável e adorei usar o app para fazer o check-in e check-out, assim como a chave digital. Definitivamente recomendo este local.

Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable.It was very quiet and most importantly clean!They don't clean your room daily, in fact, they only clean it if you ask them to.However, fresh towels & additional items are easily obtained from the front desk and you can just put your trash in the hallway and they will pick it up.Overall, an enjoyable stay and loved using the app to check in and out as well as the digital key.Would definitely recommend this location.
