“Let me first say that the location is wonderful but it's kind of misleading in the rooms. No microwaves($15 a nite) and I'm just out done that my mattress feels like the "sunken place" it's 50 years old and to top it all off I don't have a duvet. I have a flat sheet on top of a old beige looking comforter. I just don't know I'm not used to rooms like this. I stayed in cheaper hotels that had far better linen and mattresses. I think they need to invest and some new mattresses and comforters and duvets that will be very good. That is my recommendation. I can't think of the other hotel that starts with a M but that's where I should have stayed”

“This is not a four star hotel. The place is not in horrible shape but is very bland and boring. The shower head has buildup on it so it doesn’t spray evenly. The trash cans are for some reason designed so it is almost impossible to fit trash in them. The toilet lid hinges are rusty. There is no microwave in the room. There is no room service. We’re here during a blizzard and huge slabs of snow keep falling and hitting the ledge outside our window making a loud slamming noise (seems like a bad design). It’s really closer to a three star hotel. It’s not the worst, but definitely overpriced for what it is.”
