“My husband and I were traveling through Houston on our way to Belize for our honeymoon and we unfortunately missed our connection. United put us up in a hotel that was pretty terrible- main and bathroom door didn’t close, questionable bed bugs, lights didn’t work. So we made our way downtown to the JW Marriott. Best decision ever. The staff checking us in was AMAZING. We were so tired at this point I’m blanking on the names, but we checked in around 6pm on 8/15. They greeted us with such a cheerful demeanor it immediately changed the tone of what had been a terrible travel day.They gave us a complimentary took upgrade and sent a bottle of champagne with a sweet note. We couldn’t have had a better first night on our honeymoon, thanks to you guys. Not to mention the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. Best night of sleep before we head off to Belize!”

“The management at this hotel care nothing for their guests and care nothing about any concerns you bring to their attention. My car was damaged in their valet and I spoke with GM Chris. He was extremely rude and dismissive of my issue and did not want to talk to me about it. This man’s patience is far too easily exhausted for someone that works with the public. Beware when you stay here because they will sacrifice their integrity to save a few dollars”
